I noticed this place along Adams and, since there's no Waffle House around here, decided to check it out. Based on the name, I really didn't know what to expect. I am very glad I ate there. I ordered the veggie omelet with fruit and hash browns, and a side of their Sweet and Spicy Bacon. The bacon was the real standout. Wow, that stuff is majorly tasty! It was just as described, sweet with a solid amount of kick, but probably edible by most. Thick cut, lean, meaty and cooked just right. Not exactly health food, but big time guilty pleasure. Try it. I suspect you'll love it like I did. Country Way in Fremont CA has a noticibly better veggie omelet, but theirs is nothing short of spectacular, so Jimmy's is in good company. At Jimmy's I forgot to have them add jalapeños and to make it with 3 egg whites. That would have made it much better. I like to add Tabasco to some good chunky salsa and pour it over my omelets. Jimmy's doesn't have salsa, but they do have Tabasco. The bottom line is that I will certainly be back. I enjoy it immensely.

I, as a first time customer, was so excited to try out Jimmys Eggs that I ordered quite a variety from the menu to go. After my order was taken, I received the receipt quite promptly in which I was ready to pay immediately. After 10 minutes, the server took my card and noted that the system is currently down and that they are rebooting it. After 25 minutes, the food was ready to go and the server attempted to have me pay a few different ways which did not work. She then went to the manager who told her to get my card information and sign the „check“ When I noted that I do not feel comfortable putting my card information on paper I was informed they could not do anything else and I was noted to leave without my ordered food.
I thought that this was unacceptable! It is not the customers fault that the technology failed them unable to take payments. It is not acceptable that the manager did not talk to me directly to solve the issue, rather she kept rebooting the system over and over and over again while I waited to pay 20+ minutes. I was extremely enraged to wait on my food and to pay 30+ minutes to leave empty handed. The customer service was unacceptable and I will not return nor recommend this establishment to others.

Great spot for breakfast. Plenty of parking if you get there early. Good selection of pancakes and egg dishes like omelettes & scrambles. I had the Pineapple Upside-Down pancake meal and it was delicious. Service was prompt and attentive.

Just touched down in Temple Tx to see family and We stop at Jimmy’s Eggs. The greeting at the door was great. Seating and ordering a breeze. I had a sausage egg and cheese on wheat bread and Bro had an omelet and the food was good and flavorful. The sausage patty taste like a jimmy dean. This will be a go to spot for the future. Atmosphere was great and the customer service was outstanding with southern hospitality!👍🏽
Jimmy’s Egg is a great choice for breakfast. Service is nice, and the menu also has lunch and 55+ sections. So far, I have tried the traditional breakfast (with no meat) and Berry Berry Belgian waffle; both are delicious. I also recently tried the Avocado Toast (no eggs) with a side of fruit, and it was a hearty breakfast.

I’ve had my eye on this place and I finally got to try it. And it didn’t disappoint. It was soooo clean. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. My server was Sarah. But the hospitality didn’t end there. Another girl talked to me ,she was sweet. The food was so good I ordered some to go for tomorrow morning. I don’t know the menu and the ladies helped me get what I wanted. I even saw Sarah using gloves to deal with the food. I have not one negative thing to say about my visit. It was so pleasant I’ll definitely be coming again!

Service sucked. Waited so long to even make a drink order. Food was cold. And had a hair in my food. When they re made it. It was ready in 4 minutes. Can't tell me you made it in 4 minutes and it came out cold😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
