Made a mobile (non-DoorDash) order through the KFC app and went inside to pick it up. They kept calling for a DoorDash and getting pissy when nobody responded. Went up to the counter, told them my name, "oh sorry yeah, that's yours, I never read anything."

Unreal. Purposeful ineptitude and attitude from front-counter staff in an empty restaurant. Will not be back. On-site menu also doesn't match the app.

My experience is the same as everyone who has left a review in the last year. Cold, over cooked food. Bad service. Long wait for a small order. No utensils in the bag. I don’t know what changed in the last year but KFC the brand either needs to change management or shut this place down and sell the land to someone who actually wants to run a business.

Tbh this is just a horribly ran location with a lot of potential. Sadly half of the staff are teenagers and have absolutely no drive to get a simple job “making chicken” done. Overall embarrassing for any employee who says they “work” here

I have come to this location several times and will not ever come here again. Time of close should be changed from 10:30pm to 9:45pm. They have 3 tenders and have turned off the stove for it. No side items left and there is no sorry at all. Just all bluntly answered and no food. We left and went to the competitor. It's sad because KFC has a great product, but every time we go, they don't have items, it's not fresh, and this location is not friendly and they close down too early!

Tenders were so small for the price. The lady on the speaker rushed me through my order and then my food was cold. Never again will I go to this KFC.

I went through the drive-through to get some good hot chicken. The young lady tells me to pull forward, and she'd bring it to me. I thought, well at least it will be hot, fresh food 😃
I was wrong!
I waited 12 minutes for
cold food.
Not even warm. No untincil for my Cole slaw, no ketchup for my fries like I requested.
I won't be going back to that location!

AVOID! Placed an online order, said it was ready at 6pm, at 6:40pm, they finally had it ready. 12 tenders took damn near an hour. That's it....12 tenders. No sides, no biscuits, no extras whatsoever.....almost an hour! They were fully staffed, no shortage of people working. The lobby was dirty, multiple dirty tables, only 1 table of people eating. Had to wait for DoorDash drivers to get their orders ahead of us. No apology, either. No attempt at an apology or to rectify the horrendous customer service or communication.

UPDATE: Including a pic of the tenders that took 45 minutes.....dry, overdone, and lukewarm. They are pitiful. Small and scrawny.
