TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE UNLESS YOU OPEN EVERYTHING YOU ORDER AND CHECK IT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE TO CORRECT THEIR WRONGS UNLESS YOU ARE THE ONE TO PUT IN WORK TO FIX IT. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM TO MAKE YOUR ORDER CORRECTLY SO CHECK EVERYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND AN EXTRA 30 MINUTES DRIVING TO FIX PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with KFC in Temple, TX. I just got off of work and drove to pick up an online order for my husband to drop off at his job for his dinner. I got the order and took it to him. The drive is about 10 minutes from KFC to his job. I’m on my way home and my husband calls and sends a picture of the opened sandwich to show me that they gave us the wrong sandwich. Since I am about to pass by the restaurant again on my way home, I chose to stop and get the issue fixed by getting a remake and take it to him. I explained the issue and showed the picture my husband just sent to me showing the sandwich was not the right one to the on duty manager. The manager confirmed that that was the wrong sandwich but then told me that they cannot make the remake unless I bring them the incorrect sandwich. I explained that I do not have the sandwich, I dropped the order off and it’s 10 minutes (not counting traffic) to go back to my husbands job and it’s an inconvenience that I have to do that when they were the ones who made the mistake. The managers response was, that is the only way we can make the remake, you will need to give it to us. So I drove to my husbands job, got the sandwich, and drive back to KFC. I gave them the sandwich and the manager didn’t even look at the sandwich, she rolled up the bag flaps and threw the sandwich in the trash and then made my remake. No apologies, no consolation for the inconvenience. NOTHING. She went and started remaking my sandwich and then gave me the correct sandwich and then I had to drive back to my husbands job to give him the sandwich. This whole situation was ridiculous. Why do I have to be the one to correct the issue that I did not cause. CRAZY.

They won't add to your order at the window. You have to go back through the drive thru. Not a convenient parking lot to go back through either. Literally have to go out on the road and back in to other side of parking lot. Just heads up.

I ordered 8pc chicken and receipt shows 4 OR Leg and 4 OR Thigh. I ate 1 Leg and 1 Thigh and when i look inside the bucket it only has 2 Thighs, 1 Leg and 1 Wing. I did not order chicken wing though, so if you add the 2 i ate, the total number of chicken inside the bucket is only 6 pc of chicken and not 8 pc as the receipts shows. I hope this will not happen again to your customer as shortchanging customers what they paid for is unacceptable. Everyone deserves to get and receive what they paid for. I tried calling the branch a lot of times but the phone is always busy tone. I hope what happened to me is just an isolated case.

Took 25 min to get two combo meals. Staff working behind the counter were completely dismissive. When they finally called our name, we went to the counter and they slid the tray across the counter and walked away, no sauces were given, no drink cups. Stood there for additional 5 min no acknowledgment. Finally reached over the counter and got a cup. Staff then acknowledged and told them we were missing sauces etc.

Inside was dirty food all in the windowsills and on floor. Should have went somewhere else!

My food was very disappointing as far as quality. I spent $30 and when I came back to get my money back the manager Joc was very kind and tried their best to be helpful and find a resolution. When she couldn’t give me a refund and I didn’t want different food remade I asked for a higher up. When the manager called her higher up she was threatened by her boss saying she would fire the manager if the higher ups contact information was shared with me when I asked for it. Which was really gross behavior from a “higher up.” Whose name I think is Kelly or Tammy. Kelly/Tammy you put your manager in a very uncomfortable position when she was just trying to do her job and it made her cry so how dare you threaten hard working people like that. You’re even grosser than the food your restaurant dishes out.

Back in the day this KFC was a weekly routine for me and my dad....then covid came and the staff after was horrible for years, that is UNTIL NOW! Went in with the missus and the staff was very friendly and the food was served quick. KFC is back on the menu!

The owner, Tammy is an unprofessional and appalling individual. I’ve seen her berate her employees with obscene language and racist remarks which creates a really uncomfortable atmosphere to dine in with no regard for professionalism or basic respect. I have no desire to come back here ever again or bother with any other KFC restaurant.

Food was ordered via mobile app and was ready for me when I arrived. Staff was quite busy, but did remarkably well to be as attentive as they were with so many people both inside and in the drive-thru line.

Service was friendly. I ordered a 2 piece thigh and drumstick meal and my wife ordered a 2 piece white meat. The order took quite a while and when i realized that we both got white meat i had already taken a bite so I felt obligated to eat it. I can't stand white meat.
