Very disappointed. We had ordered crazy bread and pepperoni pizza. The crazy bread was very undercooked, greased dough like lumps. When I had called to let them know it was undercooked, the staff was chuckling in the background. Then my husband gets there to pick up the new crazy bread, and another lady came in because she received the wrong order. My husband then watched the staff go into the back and laugh about serving the wrong order. I understand mistakes happen, but the laughing and mockery is so unprofessional, especially in the service business. The crazy bread we did receive was very bland with minimal spices on it leaving it very flavorless. **** I hope they get better management in the future.

Got a hot and ready pizza on way home and it's not totally done. White and doughy on bottom and super doughy crust... disappointed. Can't even take it back since I'm without a car tonight.
Never have any hot and readys available when I go in. Tonight I had to wait almost 20 min for two hot and ready and when I asked for two marinara I was handed two that were not even half way full. Also the air conditioning was not working. It’s sad that the temp outside is 105 with real feel of 112 but it’s hotter inside the store. The poor workers.
