I’m very disappointed at the fact the cheese pizza was not hot and ready when I stopped in. I’m having to wait ten minutes for what should have been ready to go….. and I could hear the employees in the back talkin smack about some other employee it sounded like. Drama

Ordered online to avoid the workers inside, as they are always cursing, playing loud music or discussing narcotics. Never got an email to pick up my pizza and walked in to check on it. They handed me a cold pizza that had been sitting out for quite awhile. It's not worth argue with a pregnant teenager with zero work ethic about crappy pizza. I just won't ever order here again. Saving $2-3 dollars for a pizza isn't worth the poor quality and poorer customer service.

Terrible attitude of everyone. One guy answered his phone talking about drugs. They were loudly talking and cussing in the back. Everyone was more worried about clocking out than working. The kitchen was filthy.

Couldn’t care less for the customers up front, they are loudly conversing in the back along with cussing loudly. One of the cooks is coughing everywhere.The front receptionist girl was rolling around in a chair in the back. While waiting for my food they all disappeared and went out the back door.

Ordered online, didn't get my order until 30 minutes later. The lady upfront was nice and respectful but whoever was working in the back was vulgar and rude.

Ordered pretzel crust and got regular crust and with lots of salt. We were really looking forward to the pretzel crust

Didn’t give us the right pizza and didn’t know till we made it home. Called 10 times and didn’t answer the phone once. Now I have to drive all the way back across town to argue with them to get the right pizza.

Update: I asked why they didn’t answer the phone, they said they were busy. Nobody here, all of them on their phones, not doing anything.

Every single time I go here it’s always something. First of all I called the order in and upon arrival they hadn’t even made my pizza yet. So I asked the clerk to make sure they do light sauce and he said okay then sat down and played on his phone the entire time I was there. Finally another guy says sorry about that and slides the pizza onto the counter and I stood there a good while waiting to pay, thought to myself how easily I could just take the pizza and walk out finally the other guy comes back and asks have I paid and I said no, clerk still nose in his phone. Get down the road and it’s not even the right pizza. It’s sloppy and it’s more like heavy sauce and a waste of my 15$. Horrible
