Absolutely just unbelievable and disgusting. Me and my wife had to order to go from here and waited around 30 minutes for our food. We take the food home and it turns out they forgot multiple things, sauces and utensils. My wife then bites into her brownie and finds a blonde piece of long hair stuck inside the brownie… I don’t understand how it’s this hard to be sanitary as a restaurant worker. Would not recommend this play, just disgusting.

Avoid the Flo's Fillet!!!
The Flo's Fillet was not good at all. Presentation/color look different. It was not tender like the menu states. To be honest it didn't even taste like steak. My wife got a ribeye and it was actually really good. We ordered the smoked brisket nachos and they were really good too. The mashed potatoes were ok but great. It's more traditional mashed potatoes.

Our waitress was good but the food was only ok. Our steaks & burger weren't cooked right but it was enough we didn't send them back. Everything seemed to lack flavor except the horseradish sauce that came with the onion. I don't think we'll be back.
