Good pizza. Dessert was left out of order and upon contacting the location, was informed they can not credit back to cc and will have to drive to their location for a refund (for the item they left out of order,). Good pizza - not good customer service. Will not order from Marco's again

Literally the best pizza place in tempe! It took me along time to try their food bc Adams is not a short drive for me but once I gave it a try, every time we have ever ordered, during the rush or slow times, the pizza quality and service of the staff members have been fire. The type of establishment, where you actually want to hang around instead of rushing off to the next thing. This place is goals and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to try something new you won't be disappointed.

We had an awful experience a few months back and totally boycotted Marcos. Then we gave it another try and were really happy. Tonight, it has been decided we will never order from Marcos again. They seem to have teenagers with no customer service or respect running their establishment. We received the wrong order, I called they said they would remake the pizza and deliver it ASAP. Almost an hour later, I call and they tell me they are boxing it up. We live 7 minutes away. Some guy 30 minutes later races into my driveway to deliver an ice cold, incorrect pizza! We will not be ordering again.

This location is a gamble on quality, sometimes it's good, sometimes not. Whoever prepped the dough for 6/28/24 did not do it properly and it resulted in the crust having huge bubbles that overtook half the pizza and squished all the toppings into the middle, turning it into a liquified mess. I should have just handed it back but didn't. So much regret. Also I guess they don't keep drinks in a cooler? Had to put mine in the freezer when I got home so it would be some semblance of "cold" soon rather than "this drink had someone say the word refrigerator to it once". I miss living in Hewitt where that Marco's was way more consistent on its quality.

The guy at the front counter was awesome! Wasn't sure on what I was going to order and he asked a few questions just to get an idea of what I might like and gave me a few options and I went from there. The place is very clean and the workers are very professional. The guy at the counter was personable, knowledgeable and welcoming. Even making sure that my order looked as it should before I left. It was as it always is. Yes the pizza is a bit more pricey than the place down the street but the quality and the taste of product is absolutely makes it worth spending a few extra bucks for the perfect pizza experience. As far as I am concerned you can't beat Marco's pizza.

I went in to order lunch. Was greeted by some kind folks. I placed my order. I drive a Jeep and I was "Ducked", with a duck and duck earrings. ( Its a jeep thing) The lady and girl at the counter was so kind. I got my sub and how delicious that sub was. I will be returning with my family to try the other food products they have. If you havent tried them yet, go get you some! Thanks Marcos for good food and service.
I ordered pizza and cheese bread for neighbor that didn't have electricity, was told it would be about 30 minutes, actually took about an hour. No biggie. Great pizza and service. Hats off to you guys during these storms!! I know y'all are super busy!! Thanks for the great pizza and service especially during these devastating storms!
