For service, did not get asked if we were veteran when ordered. Sandwich was made earlier that day, show to the manager he replaced it . This time it had a hair one the plate. Sandwich was better until I saw the hair.

Staff extremely helpful and kind. Restaurant was clean. Asked for pickles and crackers after my order was out..most places..staff seems bothered. If they were here..they didnt show it. Very pleasant.

Who in the world puts Jalapenos on a chicken salad sandwich? Not me! And I didn’t order it like that! I did 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 nachos and even removed the jalapenos from the nachos! But they decided to put them on the chicken salad sandwich? Gross! I ate the first one before I knew what had even happened.

Needs more music. it's the same songs all the time. But other than that the food is great. I get stuff at least once a week from there sometimes there are mess-ups but they always fix it.

We ordered delivery for lunch yesterday. The portion & food quality were terrible. I understand prices are rising and that's ok but to make the portions smaller? Our lunch was the size of a snack. The small potato was dried out. The sandwich had hardly any meat on it & was soggy. This is not the McAlisters we know & love. It was very disappointing!
Good Morning! My wife and myself ate lunch yesterday 11/4/25 for lunch from 11:45-1:15. Walked in and was pretty busy but not as busy as we’ve seen before. I stood in line, and watched Mr Chris helped the customers in front of myself, he was by himself. Patiently waited, came our turn he was very apologetic about the wait stating they were short handed up front and his only help was in the bathroom; he took our orders no issues. We went to sit down. We noticed that there was only Ms Allison working the dinning room, she delivered our food was very sweet and through out our stay we were made welcomed and waited on. We noticed that she made sure not only ourselves were great during our stay but she made several trips around the dinning room during the time we were there, and made everyone’s empty drinks were filled, she picked up all the empty plates and even cleaned the tables after taking them to the back. She handled these tasks like a BOSS! We would have stated this to a manager if one came by however, I’m assuming since they were short handed is why we never saw any in the dinning room. There also and another lady delivering food in a green/gray shirt also who seemed polite and helpful we just never interacted with her so don’t know her name. ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAVE!! My wife visited the bathroom when we first arrived, an individual was in the stall crying over the phone to someone, she assumed it was a patron however come to find out it was Mr Chris’s help at the front counter. She was in the bathroom from the time we arrived for 25 mins the first time she came out to help, and then she helped about two customers before we saw her ran back to the bathroom again and was there for another 15mins before we left so don’t know how long afterwards she stayed in there. Everyone has bad days emotional days but leaving her fellow co workers during lunch rush and short handed isn’t ok, but We prayed for her that whatever was wrong with her that she’s ok
