10 minutes for a chicken biscuit! Good think I left for work early or I would have had to drive off!!! Also every time I order a steak and bagel sandwich they never have grilled onions on it.

Horrible! I came and ordered a McChicken and cheese burger, and they gave me a cheese burger and double cheeseburger. I asked for sauces, they took forever, and when I left and got home they put NO sauces in the bag. Then I came again the next day, and was completely rushed over the intercom. No Hello welcome, or what can I get for you, just “what do you want” and while ordering I was being rushed and they kept asking “is that all?” In a monotone voice as if I was bothering them. Idc if it’s fast food, you are paid to work in costumer service and obviously this store has none. Hire better people.

Im still waiting for my food going on 30+ mins and still nothing. Drive thru vehicles showing up left and right and leaving before I do. A employ ordered his food and got it in a few minutes. Trash all over the floor seats ripped and trashed. No sweet tea or ketchup bowls. The list can go on!!! Half the fries were cold other half Luke warm.

Very fast service the employees did not talk to me at all I ordered and got my food within 3 to 5 minutes and back out the door excellent speedy service. And the food was not messy so I absolutely recommend this location.

It's a McDonald's. No ketchup in dispenser. Soda fountain and tea trough could use a good cleaning. Ordered NO Cheese on my McMuffin. Got cheese. My receipt had it and the grill receipt had NO CHEESE.

Teenage kids fighting in the parking lot, a woman telling the staff and getting loud and swearing. One of the younger staff laughed about it, and the manager not throwing out the kids when they came into the restaurant until the arguing between her and the lady got more heated. Manager got hugged by the teenagers and laughed with them. Not going back!
On this visit we had a very good employee taking care of us.

The food was fresh and good but the person on the headsets tone was off, the Second Lady who handed us off our food was great , but the First Gentleman on the head set was rude with his tone and mannerisms.
