Ms. Jacqueline is always courteous and is always in a great mood. Always a pleasure, she is the reason I will get out of my work truck to dine in.

The food was fresh and good but the person on the headsets tone was off, the Second Lady who handed us off our food was great , but the First Gentleman on the head set was rude with his tone and mannerisms.

The service was super bad, because we were serving people in the drive-thru, we were eating inside at McDonald's and they served us super badly, there weren't even cups for the ketchup, everything was very careless, they looked at us dirty, the bathrooms were dirty and damaged And besides, we wait too long for our food.

Food is most to all the time great, some mistakes but they're always kind about mistakes.
Today I waited almost 15-20mins for an order that was sealed up on their back counter. I made no fuss or slick remarks. They are busy and I understand that, but to finally get the order with attitude as if I inconvenienced her is ridiculous. GM Selena then proceeds to yell at me from the very top of her lungs twice to take a picture as she’s walks away. I’m so late on the order I don't have time to spazz out on her. Drop the order off and go figure the customer says items are missing which drivers take a hit on plus lateness. I went back up to McDonald’s to see her right after but unfortunately she is not insight. Thankfully the employee gave me her name so I can report her. If you do the job right none of this happens. Check the order, service the counter, Dasher ask for order you ask for code in return plus picture and then you hand the food off. You’re the GM? Disgusting That could have went so far left.
