Well! Me and my granddaughter was out on our way to an appointment. We decided to stop at McDonald’s to get something to eat on the road before we hit I-35 southbound. So! We went through the drive through to order. When we received our order we noticed that the fries were greasy, limp and old looking. So! I pulled over, parked my vehicle and went inside to talk to the manager/supervisor. But when I went in to request a manager/supervisor this young little female told me that there were none the and that she was in charge at the moment. I then started telling her that the fries wasn’t crispy, they were greasy and their oil was old that they need to change it and stop serving customers fries like that because they were tasty. I asked her how come that doesn’t stop serving the fries like that and change their oil. She stated that they could change their oil because there was no manager there, plus they didn’t have new oil and she was sorry. But she didn’t offer a refund or to correct the problem.Parking: Yes! There is plenty of free parking due to the fact that that the faculty comes with its own parking space and there extra parking due to the that there are other businesses next to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Yes! The faculty is kid friendly because they tint to care a lot.

No matter how busy this place is I always have had good service. With the ordering system that is here gets a quicker response for me. The food is brought to me at a quick response. No matter if the drive thru is busy and the place is full . I get great service each and every time. Update: 4 July, '22. Went thru the drive thru. Inside was closed.not enough employees available to work.?. Drive thru was very speedy and staff very friendly. This is a very good McDonald's. Update: Feb 04, 2024. Stopped for a quick meal, plus to see how good the service was for inside eating. ?? Is my response. Area was clean. Major problems with the seats when sitting down to eat--- torns seats??. Needs to be repaired. Otherwise a much needed improvement has been made. Thanks McDonald's ?Parking: Plenty of parking especially for handicap.Wheelchair accessibility: Entry available and spacious area
