I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving at McDonald’s. I then waited another 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker with no response. When I finally got to the window, the employee was standing in the lobby chatting with her friends for 15 minutes, not doing anything, and no one was at the window to help. After all that waiting, I received my food and it wasn’t even close to what I ordered.

This location always takes long with our order. People taking our order are always unfriendly and seem like they are having a bad day. If they don’t like their job why take it out on the costumers? We have no fault in that.

Come here a few times and I will say it takes more than 15 minutes on drive thru to get your food. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to get your food if you are dining. I can say the tables are always clean, and the food is always hot when we get it. So I will give them props for that. Oh, and I love their coffee.

Ordered a simple medium fry and a large dr.pepper went through the drive thru & the employee had a stank attitude. handed me the wrong drink so back in to get my drink of choice then another worker proceeds to give me the wrong drink again. The only one with their head on was the lead that night.

I have to say this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to out of my 39 years of being on this earth. The food was okay but the inside WAS TERRIBLE!!! No clean tables, and even the “clean” tables were not clean they had streaks of grease smudge all over them. Floor was a MESS!! Food and napkins everywhere… no access to ketchup or any condiments. Employees were rude and acted like you wasnt there. Flies trying to land on our food. I mean just complete nastiness. Will never be back to this location.

I ordered a nugget combo. They asked what kind of sauce I wanted, but didn't include it in the bag. My soda was the color of very weak tea and just tasted like carbonated water. Now I remember why I don't go to this McDonald's anymore. It was better years ago.

I want to give this McDonald’s in Temple Texas 5 stars for two specific McDonald employees, Red and Mya. Even though the system crashed due to the last day of spring break, Uber Eats drivers, Door Dash Drivers, curbside pickup, drive thru orders and walk in orders, these employees, Mya and Red never once raised their voices at any customers. There were at least 100 orders from people at once which crashed the entire system, so Red and Mya personally made, with the help of the kitchen staff, every order warm, with efficiency and expeditiously. Also, if an item was missing from any customers order, Red and Mya would be sure to handle that customer first, then Door Dash and Uber Eats. It was extremely over crowded, but Red and Mya handled each customer with love and respect.
Came in at 3:30 ALL TABLES were dirty , had to clean ours while a short employee with glasses and construction vest on just watched. Our food sat under the heat lamp and had to get up to get it while they just stood around

Update: After 30 minutes we were finally told they weren't taking more orders...so us and all the cars behind us had to leave and the cars in front got to stay...waste of time.
Been sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes at the order box with a full line of cars in front of me. We haven't moved at all and no one has said anything to our line side box in all this time. What is up ....
