How is it 9 o’clock and they state they’re only taking Mobil orders that’s ridiculous. This is the worst McDonald’s ever, everytime I come here you literally have to wait 30 minutes just to get your food, while all the workers sit around laughing playing and walking around. It never fails corparate really needs to find new employees at this location because they never want to do their job!!!!!!!

I understand that you have to start lunch time when posted,but I was in line at 10:29 am and ask please can I get breakfast. I was informed it was 1030 and no breakfast,the sign had just turned,I asked again in a pleasant manner please honor my request,I was told no,cannot give you breakfast. I called the manager and explained I was a very loyal customer and what happen,she informed me again when the sign changes at 1030 am no breakfast can be served,even if you are in line when it changes. I do not feel that a loyal customer was take care of,and should had been served breakfast at 1030 sitting in the line. I will no longer visit this establishment. Very disappointed in the treatment of customers.

Staff wouldn’t even make eye contact to help me for 20 minutes standing there. Had to walk out Because nobody would help me in the drive-through or inside .

Has a lobby full of customers and drive through packed but how their main priority is drive-thru instead of their customers on the inside is beyond mewouldn't recommend any person to eat at this establishment if they're trying to dine in

Worst experience ever. Messed up my order in the beginning realizing it after I had paid. Ordered inside at 8:48 and didn’t get my food until 9:40. The only reason I had gotten my order was because I had finally said something and they were rude about it. There were many other inside waiting for there orders which were also messed up. Never again will I go to that location.

Slowest McDonald’s ever!! The manager was just on her phone ignoring customers the entire time.

I get this is a McDonald's nothing big to expect, but I at least expect good service. It took us 30 minutes for our order and they have around 6 people in the kitchen. We had to go up and ask for our order to get it. Some of the food wasn't even hot. The only hot thing was the hashbrowns. I forgot to add I went up to get a refill on my dads coffee I forgot to ask for creamer and splenda, so I went back up to ask for some. One of the ladies was clearly annoyed with us and looked like she just wanted her shift to end already.

I ordered a very simple order got to curbside confirmed my spot then waited about 20-30 minutes while every other car got their food then my brother went in and got it and there shelves were full of food not being distributed

This McDonald’s in Temple is easily one of the best locations around. During the day, the service is consistently quick, friendly, and professional — and even at night, when the drive-thru lines often wrap around both lanes, the team still manages to keep things moving and deliver quality service.

I want to especially recognize Rebecca, who is one of the hardest-working employees I’ve seen. Whether it’s early morning or late at night, she’s always on her feet, staying organized, helping customers, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Her dedication and positive attitude really stand out.

I also want to shine light on Du’Quavion, who does an outstanding job keeping up with the fast pace, staying focused under pressure, and always treating customers with respect and professionalism. He’s quick, efficient, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things right — qualities that really make a difference during those busy night shifts.

The kitchen team also deserves credit for their consistency. Orders come out hot, fresh, and accurate with little to no mistakes — which says a lot about their teamwork and attention to detail.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be adding a bit more night-time management support or staffing to help keep the drive-thru moving even faster during the rushes. Other than that, this location is excellent overall, with a hardworking and dedicated team that deserves recognition for their effort and professionalism.

Much as I love having a close-range standard franchise, these folks mess up pretty much everything... mcmuffin? burned up... quarter-pounder? customizations ignored... I'm no longer even willing to risk getting fries or drinks.

Damnit... I knew better. I thought, surely they won't mess up a snack-wrap... BUZZZZ. Yikes.

Manager wants me to route details through corporate. No thank you, I get paid when I work and repeating my complaints to corporate is not reasonable. If you simply can't figure out what's wrong from my feedback then I recommend you pave that lot over, start again fresh, and hire new 'talent'... including the manager, btw.
