I ordered a nugget combo. They asked what kind of sauce I wanted, but didn't include it in the bag. My soda was the color of very weak tea and just tasted like carbonated water. Now I remember why I don't go to this McDonald's anymore. It was better years ago.

I want to give this McDonald’s in Temple Texas 5 stars for two specific McDonald employees, Red and Mya. Even though the system crashed due to the last day of spring break, Uber Eats drivers, Door Dash Drivers, curbside pickup, drive thru orders and walk in orders, these employees, Mya and Red never once raised their voices at any customers. There were at least 100 orders from people at once which crashed the entire system, so Red and Mya personally made, with the help of the kitchen staff, every order warm, with efficiency and expeditiously. Also, if an item was missing from any customers order, Red and Mya would be sure to handle that customer first, then Door Dash and Uber Eats. It was extremely over crowded, but Red and Mya handled each customer with love and respect.

Came in at 3:30 ALL TABLES were dirty , had to clean ours while a short employee with glasses and construction vest on just watched. Our food sat under the heat lamp and had to get up to get it while they just stood around

Update: After 30 minutes we were finally told they weren't taking more orders...so us and all the cars behind us had to leave and the cars in front got to stay...waste of time.
Been sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes at the order box with a full line of cars in front of me. We haven't moved at all and no one has said anything to our line side box in all this time. What is up ....

What is the deal with this Mcdonalds? "We are only taking cash at the moment." or "there are no carbonated drinks at the moment." or the good ol "the system is down." They also never fail at messing up your order.

I have been here multiple times mky many problems, this time, I ordered through the app for the inside. I got there at 837pm, and they had locked all the doors so I wait outside maybe someone will come, nope I wait 30MINS and none even helped the curbside people and the drive thru was at the street, cmon yall

The lady was so rude and mean she did not take our code and behaved as if she could care less and if we did not pay we should get out.
Man what can I say, started off on the wrong foot. Trying to pay with cash but no one was manning the cashiers so ended up using the kiosk (which is very slow). Got my order printed and proceeded to the cashier where I waited for 10 min before someone finally came to help (they seemed short staffed). I miss this place without the kiosk. One can only dream.

It was a cold an sprinkly night me and my wife had just got done with a hard night of dashing, and there we saw it the two golden arches, and thought you hungry, i'm hungry an it was a end of a nice nite of working with my wife an the food was fresh like that actually just made it not like it been sitting under a lamp for a while lol

I used the app and waited 25 minutes for my food for curbside. When I called to ask why it was taking 25 minutes to deliver a single double cheeseburger I got silence. Amazingly my food showed up a minutes later without so much as an apology. Then they gave me this smashed burger with ketchup smeared all over it. Never again.

I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget meal with sweet & sour sauce and ranch, a dulce de leche frappe for my drink and a holiday pie… Didn’t receive any sauce, didn’t receive my holiday pie, and I got an iced coffee instead of a frappe; and y’all didn’t even give me a straw for it!!
