This is my favorite place in town there always taking care of us if you are looking for good drinks food and ambiente this is the place Hector was awesome super attentive and knows how to take care of people. I ordered a cantarito and he brought me a bougi cantarito so good!

The other photo is what they use to look like I loved this place till this visit the photo with the plate is what I got and when I got it I said it didn’t look right and the waitress was like that’s what u ordered not how they use to be

The food at Mexicana Grill with outstanding the only Mexican restaurant that I have ever been to and enjoyed eating the refried beans in their Spanish rice 11/12/25 Had Gringo Quesadies So good, so Big I took some home. Delicious. Guacamole and Pico, Yummy 😋

Horrible experience every time I go. The restaurant was empty. They were not busy you could see through the kitchen that they weren’t busy. The customer service is horrible, and the manager is very unprofessional and unapologetic and very close minded and extremely rude.

This was our second visit since our first experience was great. The food is usually good but I ordered tortilla soup but it was super salty so I requested to swap it out with pazole thinking it was a fluke. The pazole was salty as well and when three people stopped by to ask if everything was ok, I didn’t want to be THAT person so I said it was fine. I’ll just give it to my mother who doesn’t mind high cholesterol. I was also disappointed that chips and salsa were brought to our table without any mention that there would be a charge. Most restaurants offer them as a courtesy, or at least make it clear if there’s a cost. When I asked why we weren’t given the option, the waiter said it was because the manager requires them to charge for everything. Regardless, it’s misleading not to be upfront about extra charges. I don’t know if it’s their standard practice to charge for items without asking if the customer wants it or if I was being charged in lieu of requesting a swap for unsatisfactory food. Unfortunately, that lack of transparency means we won’t be coming back.
*update* after further research, nowhere on the menu we were given has chips and salsa with a charge. I called the restaurant and the lady who answered was very kind and I asked if they typically charge and she said they only charge if you come in before 11 am. I explained where we sat and how we didn’t ask for the salsa, it was just brought to the table and she got with her manager and he said they can’t do anything about it because we left the property. I asked if they’d be able to fix this if we came by and she said he told her no. I asked that she let him know that this is unethical business practice and and I’d be adding another negative review in regards to his management. The lady was completely understanding of why I was upset and I let her know that I wasn’t upset with her, just with my experience and her managers response.
