This place is excellent. I had the Blackened Chicken Alfredo yesterday. The pasta was just right. The sauce was flavorful and delicious. The chicken was excellent and seasoned to perfection. Today, I'm having the Monterey Grilled Chicken. As good as the pasta was, I need to try everything else on the menu. The food is cooked when ordered and prepared with dedication and attention. Can't beat that.

The hotel has a great location, not being far from many stores with great shopping opportunities, close proximity to the Belton Expo Center, as well as the historic downtown Belton and its beautiful small-town feel, and fun nightlife in Temple. I recommend staying here, when in town for business, visiting family, or simply to have some "me time".
