2 for 2 times a bust. Both times were about 840. Took 30 mins to get our food when there wasn't much of a line the 1st time and no line the 2nd time. There were workers not doing much of anything both times. Store was partially closed already both times when they close at 10. This time was worse than 1st. This time there were 3 workers. 1 making the pizza. He was nice and trying, didn't get his name but he's a younger guy with thin braids. He's the only reason I gave 2 stars for service. There was a young girl with glasses whose job was cashier only I guess and to put the pizza in oven. We got 4 pizzas and they weren't fully cooked. The dough was still down and the veggies barely cooked. Been to several Mod pizza and this is the worst we been to. Hard to tell but the cheese is melted but toppings aren't even cooked. The spinach didn't even brown. Not what I expect from a Mod pizza.

Shout out to the district manager Jason and his crew! We came at a pretty busy time and things didn’t go super smoothly at first but they more than made up for our time. All the guys there were super apologetic about the hiccups and super friendly through the entire process. Everyone was great and I’ll definitely be back in the future. Thanks for the great customer service!

The team at MOD tonight got SLAMMED by mobile and in store orders. There was an upset (and borderline violent) customer that the manager and other team members dealt with as best as possible given the situation. My family and I come in weekly so we know it isn’t always as insanely busy as it was tonight. Thank you MOD staff for doing your best at maintaining the crazy amount of orders all at once and making amazing pizzas as always. ❤️🫶🏻

Really impressed with this location. I came in and they were stacked with people and Door Dash, dozens of pizzas getting made cooked and boxed. All four on this crew were just handling their biz like a well oiled machine. They were all super chill and didn’t get flustered even for a second with lots of people waiting to get their orders.
It did take a good while to get my order but I’m practicing patience and this was a great rep.

So first of all, I’ve been seeing a commercial for them, This was my first experience, trying my pizza. And it will forever be the most memorable. I found out that a Wonderful lady named Miss Helen made my pizza. She did the very best job ever I ordered so many extras because that’s what I wanted. That’s what suited my taste and she came through for me…. MOD pizza forever for always have my business from now on. The pizza is phenomenal. I got their posh masterpiece with my own additional add-ons that I was not even charged for.

My wife and I had never been to MOD pizza but we went with some family and it was amazing! The food was delicious and freshly made. The atmosphere was inviting and friendly. First timer and I had a lunch with one of my friends, and I will say they greeted us like they knew us. The tables were super clean, and the food was delicious. The pizza was an 11’ inch, but it filled both me and my friend. I didn’t get to take a before photo, but you can see we had leftover pizza. Will come back again.
Kristy is an amazing person , bubbly energy and a great help , she deserves her flowers 💐 , I recommend this place again to family and friends

So there I was. Ordered a pizza to dine in. I was very hungry and exited to get my order. 10 minutes passed ; nothing, 20 minutes passed; nothing. Went to the counter to see what’s going on and my pizza did not even make it go the oven. Walked right out and I let them keep my money. And BTW, restaurant was empty.

Tried MOD Pizza twice. We got the 11 inch pizza both times, one with thin crust and one with thick crust. The dough was not really cooked all the way through and was not crisp like you would expect. The toppings they use are meh, especially the pepperoni. To be honest you’d be better going somewhere else.
