Worst experience !!! Pre order my food for pick up window. Got there and they told me it would be just a minute then about 5 min. Later and said there was a miscommunication and told us they were redoing them. When we did get them one was completely cold and the other was burnt. Went in to complain and was told they would remake them. After waiting 20 more minutes for the remakes they handed us the wrong pizzas . Won’t be going back. Always check your food before leaving please if you do go there.

Pizza was made exactly how i wanted but the General Manager butchered the cut. I always ask for it to be 16 slices (simply 8 then cut those in half) for my 2 kids. She did a mess and i noticed it after i got home.

If you order pick-up and order a drink, you can’t use the drive thru bc they can’t fill it up and give it to you through the window “per company policy?” So you have to go inside fill up your fountain drink and pick up your food. It’s 2024 and you can’t fill a fountain drink and pass it to your customer at the drive-thru? What’s the point of having a drive-thru?
