Can't be great all the time I guess. An example of how not to do it; internet order was placed a couple of hours before I intended to pick the pizza up on the way to work. I walk in at 11:30 and it's not ready. At 11:40 when I was asking for a refund I was told it was in the oven. I asked if I could just take it and go to some fixing to be late and we did that. I don't know how the system works, perhaps they don't get much lead time we don't know that we're going to have a bunch of orders? Seems to me folks who work in this job no that lunch at Friday can get a little busy and maybe they anticipate that, checking what orders were upcoming and adjusting accordingly. Not today though.

Food and place were fine, cannot say same about service. I arrived to pickup my order about 15 minutes after the time that order was supposed to be ready, was told to wait that order was not ready, after more than 30 minutes waiting in there I asked them to rechecked and they found my order in side counter, it had been there since before I got there. They should have an oven to keep food warm until they are pickup or at least shelves to keep ready orders organized to be pick up.

Metal number pieces were left in BOTH pizzas. unacceptable. Pizzas weren’t cut, toppings were carelessly thrown on, and staff members were rude. Won’t be back. The pizza pictured was the better looking one of the two.

This was my first experience at this location and it will be my last. The employees were very rude and just threw the toppings on the pizza with rude remarks every topping she placed. Which was barely any. My pizza had the least amount of cheese or sauce I’ve ever seen on a pizza. No smile or kindness at all. When we got the pizza they even forgot to take off the metal number tags. Additionally the pizza wasn’t even cut at all. They didn’t even attempt to cut it. The place was dirty also and while we waited for our food we saw the employee touch the toppings with no gloves. Very gross. I’m so disappointed in this place.

2 for 2 times a bust. Both times were about 840. Took 30 mins to get our food when there wasn't much of a line the 1st time and no line the 2nd time. There were workers not doing much of anything both times. Store was partially closed already both times when they close at 10. This time was worse than 1st. This time there were 3 workers. 1 making the pizza. He was nice and trying, didn't get his name but he's a younger guy with thin braids. He's the only reason I gave 2 stars for service. There was a young girl with glasses whose job was cashier only I guess and to put the pizza in oven. We got 4 pizzas and they weren't fully cooked. The dough was still down and the veggies barely cooked. Been to several Mod pizza and this is the worst we been to. Hard to tell but the cheese is melted but toppings aren't even cooked. The spinach didn't even brown. Not what I expect from a Mod pizza.

Shout out to the district manager Jason and his crew! We came at a pretty busy time and things didn’t go super smoothly at first but they more than made up for our time. All the guys there were super apologetic about the hiccups and super friendly through the entire process. Everyone was great and I’ll definitely be back in the future. Thanks for the great customer service!
