Shout out to the district manager Jason and his crew! We came at a pretty busy time and things didn’t go super smoothly at first but they more than made up for our time. All the guys there were super apologetic about the hiccups and super friendly through the entire process. Everyone was great and I’ll definitely be back in the future. The team at MOD tonight got SLAMMED by mobile and in store orders. There was an upset (and borderline violent) customer that the manager and other team members dealt with as best as possible given the situation. My family and I come in weekly so we know it isn’t always as insanely busy as it was tonight. Thank you MOD staff for doing your best at maintaining the crazy amount of orders all at once and making amazing pizzas as always. ❤️🫶🏻
Really impressed with this location. I came in and they were stacked with people and Door Dash, dozens of pizzas getting made cooked and boxed. All four on this crew were just handling their biz like a well oiled machine. They were all super chill and didn’t get flustered even for a second with lots of people waiting to get their orders.
It did take a good while to get my order but I’m practicing patience and this was a great rep.
