Ordered shrimp fried rice on DoorDash and it gets delivered DRENCHED in hot sauce and labeled spicy š
I call them and see if they would be able to remake the meal I payed for and the manager tells me to⦠BRING BACK the SPICY FRIED RICE so the owner can have proof Iām not just going toā¦eat it?
As if Iām trying to get a free meal out of this?!!? š

Im sorry but i love the fried rice here but this time I didnāt . There try so much to save the chicken when they only serve 3 pieces of small chicken on one order fried rice . And the rice is soggy like it was left out for a week . The teriyaki sauce was jelly . Which thatās not what I ordered . Something going on with this place ⦠but I ended up throwing away about $15 into the trash. Because food tasted old . I usually love eating here but this time I didnāt . Ps please add more pieces of chicken ⦠not funny you pay good amount of money for fried rice and 3 tiny pieces of chicken.
Great food at the hibachi table! Nice to see your dinner being prepared in front of you. The hibachi area did not feel very clean though, slippery floors and hibachi smell. The cook was great at preparing the food but maybe said ten words the whole time. Not as much entertainment as typically you would see at the hibachi table.
Great food and service overall, but our chef was a little lackluster and they were playing American Pop music instead of Japanese style music like most similar places.
Very nice restaurant for my wife's birthday. Had sashimi boat, miso soup and drinks. Quite affordable and good service
Went in for lunch with a friend. Not very busy on a Thursday around 11:30. We each grabbed our own sushi, had the edamame, and indulged in some lovely sake. I got the flaming surprise sushi which was fun AND delicious! Highly recommend.

Took over an hour for our chef to come to our table for hibachi. He forgot our shrimp. With a party of 13. 5 of us didnāt receive veggies. 3 of us didnāt get shrimp with our chicken and shrimp. Or steak and shrimp. Also. Since when did fried rice with hibachi become an add on for additional cost. This place used to be really good. And a go to for special occasions. Last nights experience was the worst hibachi Iāve ever had. They only had one hibachi chef working and he had only had 2 weeks training. They threw him to the wolves.
Honestly, Iām not sure where to start. We went with a party of 12. While I realize this may be large for some, half of the party didnāt even order because we had several children and they were not hungry. Waiter complained numerous times about the size of our party and vocalized how difficult our ticket was to implement into their system. We waited over 1.5 hours for our food. Nothing came out together. Which, fine but 2 people in our party set waiting an additional 30 min and staff kept promising food was ābeing platedā the steak hibachi was quite shameful and not sure id call it a filet. The chicken Raman had to have had hot coals thrown on top of it because the flavor that immersed from it was absolutely disgusting. Icing on the cake was the multiple crotch hairs on several food dishes. All in all would not recommend. Hopefully they can get it together.

We went tonight for my sonās birthday and the cook/entertainer was the WORST. He barely spoke and when he did it was mumbled. He lit an onion stack on fire but other than that there was zero show. The only āshowā was him cooking the food. We looked around at other tables and it was šÆ better than our experience. He never acknowledged my sonās birthday or made any extra effort whatsoever. It was such a disappointing experience. I will say that our server was AMAZING. He was super sweet and took great care of our table. The food was delicious and the portions were more than enough. If this was a typical restaurant it would have been a good night but the expectation of something extra definitely wasnāt met.
Came here for date night with a group of 3 other couples, so there were 8 of us total. We had a reservation for 6:30 and got there a little beforehand. We observed on entering it was not close to being at full capacity, however we were not sat until closer to 7:15 pm, regardless of a sign that mentioned a 15 minute time frame for reservations. After waiting over what was well over the 15 minute time frame to be sat, we experienced even longer wait times for service to start. During the hibachi experience, wait staff lapsed on filling drinks timely however the food itself was good. When a party member asked to speak to management at the end of the dinner due to the delay in seating and poor service, I was absolutely blown away by the lack of concern and lack of resolution in which was provided by the restaurant management for the concerns that were brought to her attention. She cited incorrectly that we were sat exactly 15 minutes after our reservation time and it was apparent she could care less for the concerns brought to her attention. Instead of directly address areas of concerns brought to her attention and provide resolution, it was obvious she could not be bothered less to speak with us and could not leave the scene fast enough. I would not dine here again nor would I recommend if planning to dine with a party. A 20% automatic gratuity charge was taken from each check due to our party having over 5 people present and while this is more than fair in cases of good service, it was definitely lacking in this particular instance. We left sorely disappointed with how wait staff and management chose to provide service and felt that our time and money couldāve been spent far better elsewhere.

Iāve been going to this Namis location for many years. In the past I have always had a great experience, with great food. However, my last two trips here for dinner have been very poor.
During my last trip, I went the entire meal and never received a refill. Someone in my party did not receive their food for over an hour, and dirty dishes stacked up on the table during the meal. The service was abominable, and yet I was forced to pay a 20% tip on my check. I will not be dining at this restaurant in the future.
