Got home to find 3 chunks of burnt clumpt hard rice, unacceptable called the store no one answered 0 stars, it was early and not busy on a Monday no excuse food is too pricy to be crapy, cannot bring it back today because I have other food from else where getting cold. Hope someone contacts me to make things right!

I didn't really like the blazing bourbon chicken it tasted like coffee. But everything else was good ! I travel for work I go all over Tx and alot of times choose chains that won't surprise me with yucky food ! Panda Is always a good spot ?

My daughter and I eat here about once a week. It’s her treat after dance class. Yes they are usually always busy, but we’ve never had a poor experience. We visited tonight 11/13/2024 around 8 pm as usual. And I just wanted to give the staff tonight a huge shout out!!! They were so beyond nice and smiling and just really sweet!

Received burnt egg rolls. My portion of beef and broccoli was just pure broccoli with scraps of beef. I got the plate with 2 sides. Both orders the exact same portion of just pretty much broccoli.
Tried calling to work it out but they seem to not answer a few calls. I was already home otherwise I would have returned the order. This is not right.
Oh and the chow ming had no seasoning. Tastes just like unflavored ramen noodles.
I will not be going to this Panada... SMH

Food- Got Broccoli beef, orange chicken, fried rice. Broccoli beef is really good (juicy and tender), orange chicken is a little bland, and the fried rice is dry. Service- Came in specifically to support the south belton middle school (fundraiser through panda express to support a family member), got a "I don't know nothing about that" from the cashier when we told him, and he didn't ask anybody. Cashier didn't give us a receipt. Lady that served the food was nice as well as patient when I was trying to figure stuff out. Atmosphere- Regular panda express. Better than the one near me in Houston.

Panda ? was a awesome place now overpriced fried rice and broccoli with a touch of beef 3 slices basically all yours for $12. I'm out last time there any panda.
I was there in a rush on Sunday. Lots of really mean customers were complaining because they had to wait a few minutes. Both the service line and the cook staff were in high gear. The staff was super accommodating and efficient. Even while being treated poorly by customers.if there is a way to give an extra rating then please yes.

Went to the store at 9:45 PM to grab a bite before they closed and the lobby doors were locked. Company website states the hours are 10 AM to 10 PM. Unable to go through the drive-thru due to size of vehicle.
