This is a review from the drive through experience, I've tried multiple times and the service is terrible. They are rude and snobby. The food is decent but for the price and way that the staff acts, it's definitely not worth it. I won't be going back.

LAN!!!! OMG!!! We didn't realize they were close to closing and she still made our DELIVERY order perfect. More than perfect. Sometimes delivery is hit or miss and this HIT again. This panera should not be slept on! Great food and amazing customer service. Super warm and fresh food even delivered. We will absolutely be ordering again on days we don't feel like cooking on winter days especially 🤣

Tables and men's bathroom were dirty. I am amending my original post and providing a picture of a joke! Seriously I can spit more than the salad dressing that you gave me. Nobody likes a dry salad but the little cup that was given to me wasn't even half full you should have given me at least three of those that's absolutely ridiculous!

We ordered using the app and dined in. The food was made fresh and everything was tasty. I had the green goddess avocado toast, my sister had the egg white avocado egg sandwich, my husband had the Chipotle chicken avocado and egg sandwich. It was all very good and tasted fresh.

The drive thru speaker is ridiculous, it would be easier to just yell your order rather than waste 5 minutes screaming “what?! Do I want what?! Pardon me?”The employee attempting to take my order spoke in the low, disinterested monotone of a person who burned out long ago. Food was overpriced and unmemorable.

Terrible service at this Panera Bread. The cashier that was working around 7pm was extremely rude, and they never get the order right. Very disappointing experience. This is the only one closest to where I stay and unfortunately the only way to get a decent service is to make a drive to Killeen's Panera bread where they actually get the order right.
