We ordered using the app and dined in. The food was made fresh and everything was tasty. I had the green goddess avocado toast, my sister had the egg white avocado egg sandwich, my husband had the Chipotle chicken avocado and egg sandwich. It was all very good and tasted fresh.

The drive thru speaker is ridiculous, it would be easier to just yell your order rather than waste 5 minutes screaming “what?! Do I want what?! Pardon me?”The employee attempting to take my order spoke in the low, disinterested monotone of a person who burned out long ago. Food was overpriced and unmemorable.

Terrible service at this Panera Bread. The cashier that was working around 7pm was extremely rude, and they never get the order right. Very disappointing experience. This is the only one closest to where I stay and unfortunately the only way to get a decent service is to make a drive to Killeen's Panera bread where they actually get the order right.

While out shopping in Temple, we decided to try Panera Bread off 31st Street for lunch on Tuesday. Parking can be challenging at this location, but we were surprised to find that it wasn’t crowded inside, and the service was fast for food that is freshly prepared. We skipped the kiosk and went to the counter to order and were met with a friendly smile! Above average customer service, for sure!
Based on the recommendation of the woman taking our order, I got the Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack. I really liked this sandwich! It wasn’t a large sandwich, but it was packed with flavor and very tasty. It came with a small bag of kettle chips. I will definitely get it again. My wife got the Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup Bread bowl. The soup could have been hotter, but it was very good and the bread at Panera is always awesome. We just drank water, so the total lunch bill was less than $20. It wasn’t a ton of food, but it was sufficient, and the quality was really good.
Get away from the fried fast food and give Panera a try for lunch. You’ll get fresh food at a reasonable price, and at least at this location, fast and friendly service.

I went into this Panera after moving to temple 3months ago. I notices crust and mold growing on the drink dispenser and was immediately grossed out. Came in today and it is the same. Might be worse actually. If they don't clean the dispenser I can only imagine how clean it is behind the counter. Health department needs to come check this location.

I have come several times to this location, this is the first time I have had a long wait. Went to drive thru no one was in line and the inside was not busy but I had to wait over ten minutes at the window! Not happy
We like Panera, but we don't like enriched flour products, because the folic acid is not good for our health, so we can't eat very much. Gary Brecka will help you know why. ✌️ ?
Dietary restrictions: Folic acid is in many Panera products so beware.
My wife and daughter love it. Food is good and the people are friendly.

I ordered Half chipotle chicken sandwich and a half spicey fiesta chicken sandwich. It was awful!!! It was made of chicken sliced sandwich meat and very sloppy. I was sadly disappointed. The salad was not cut up and had the same meat!?
