The third party that took the original order was hard to understand!!! It has been a while since I had Papa John's pizza, but it's ridiculous how the company is charging for the simple things: red pepper, Parmesan and peppers. Then I wanted a large 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese I thought about getting 1/2 with more cheese would be consider 1 whole topping because 1/2 + 1/2=1 whole topping...a lil disappointed ☹️ that they wanted to charge for half topping of cheese I still got the pizza and the kids enjoyed it

Totally sucked order light sauce and got so much sauce could not even taste the pizza I usually don't order papa John's now I know why I don't the guy who answered the phone was rude as hell told him I didn't want anything extra and kept on and on what a disaster

I ordered the bogo offer they had and was quite happy with what I received. The order was completed a lot faster than I even thought it would for 2 specialty pies. I didn't drive far from where I was, but it was less than 20 minutes and it was ready by the time I arrived. Awesome.

They switched to 3rd party delivery. I get notified that I'll be handed my pizza. 3rd party driver leaves it at my door, and doesn't even bother to ring the bell. Love the pizza, but the 3rd party drivers in this area leave a lot to be desired. I canceled door dash because they rarely followed simple directions. (Don't put in front of the outward swinging door. Ring the bell.) I won't order delivery from Papa John's ever again.
We got half cooked pizza, the dough was barely cooked all the way, everything on the pizza fell off when we picked up a slice. And they forgot to give us the garlic cheese crust like we ordered

Okay here's the thing, the pizza, cheese sticks, and Oreo bites were great, tasted really good, and the staff were really nice, but how do you forget to cut a pizza? That's my only complaint and if I hadn't had to go find a plastic knife in a hospital to cut my pizza it would've been 5/5

Disgusting pizza delivered by Favor or Doordash drivers long after its cold as ice. Has been this way for over 3 months now. Sad when Pizzahut pizza is better.
