Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible by wheel chair. It isn't very convenient though, because the bar is basically divided into two sections. You can access both sections via wheelchair, but only from the outside. There is no ramp accessible inside.

I helped my friends rebuild and open the pump back in the 70's. I worked behind the bar. Saw some great bands from Austin play here. We even got a write up in the UT paper. When the band took a break everyone would walk across the street to the abandoned building and light up a doobie. It was a good time in my life. Hello Victor...former owner.... if you read this.

This place is the cream of the crop when it comes to dive bars. Nothing like stepping back in time to a better time than this place. Had the pleasure of meeting Roy today! Y'all have to ride the Harley out here for the experience and the cold beer. Enjoy!!!

Went in last night around 11:30 told that they close at midnight even though online hours are till 2am. I ordered 2 lonestars and attempted to pay with a card and was at this time informed cash only and that they had a atm to my delight I used the atm to pull a Meisly 20 dollars out and was ROBBED by the atm inside this wonderful establishment the owner or manager or whomever the not so gentleman was standing near the bar informed me that the atm has been malfunctioning even though he enticed me to use it in the first place and was taken for 20 dollars as I may get this 20 dollars back in days to come I was not compensated this night. I would not recommend this facility to anyone at any time. It's a enter at your own risk kind of establishment I hope this helps anyone wishing to relax or to take a break after a messed up or strenuous day because they will do nothing but add to it.

I go into the Pump every once in a while, Roy the owner always makes everyone feel welcome. It is a small town bar that doesn't look very inviting actually looks haunted, but it is a great place to go.

This bar is the last of the small town hole in the walls... If you ain't experienced it yet... You need to before it's gone with the rest. Great place!! Great people!! Lots of fun!!!
