Stopped by the restaurant on a Tuesday evening. We were seated quickly, and there were only a few other tables in the dining area. After sitting for about 15–20 minutes, no one came by with water or to take our order. Meanwhile, every table around us — including guests who arrived after we did — were all served with water, bread, and orders taken. Great time for my first time. 14 December 2023, approx. 1200pm, Staff was very accommodating and professional in looks and behavior. Auggie was our server and was friendly and knowledgeable in all menu information to include her personal choices. I had the Triple Delight and the portions of all ingredients were large and delicious. We had water and soft drinks because we were still on the clock but wine would had been another adventure! WORST meal in a long time. Fri, 8/4. Ordered the small Ossobuco and Veal Piccata. The Ossobuco meat was full of strings/globs of fat - also over cooked so that the meat was dry and stringy. The Veal was also overcooked and therefore dry and tough. Could never find the waitress when needed. Probably the worst part - when I complained about the Ossobuco to the waitress - she simply ignored the comment - no recognition of the situation of any kind - no mention of replacement...read full review
