Run, don’t walk! The food is approachable and tasty, and this is honestly the best wine program I’ve seen (outside a five-star, fine dining restaurant)… Prices are very reasonable, and the staff couldn’t be nicer and more welcoming. I can’t wait to return!

My daughter and son in law took us there on our trip to Texas visiting them and loved the food and atmosphere. Our Server was a bit talkative and food came out a bit slower than we expected.

Great restaurant. Our first time in Waco, and we lucked out picking this place. Our waitress Kaitlynn was amazing and made great recommendations. Started with the hot honey flatbread and ricotta dip. My wife and I shared the lobster ravioli and the shrimp scampi linguine. One of the best smoked old fashion's I've ever had. Great time great dinner.

My family and I went to pignettis on my birthday (the 4th). The service was absolutely amazing, our waiter was very attentive and kind. The atmosphere was good, the restaurant is very beautiful. There were numerous options to choose from. I personally ordered the chicken parmesan. I actually loved the cream noodles the best. Would love to see an entree with just the noodles! The cake was very good & the waiter wrote happy birthday on it!

Green beans, potatos were great. The salmon was a bit over cooked and hard to eat around the outside border of it. But tortellini was good.

Very nice atmosphere. Vibrant. Good crowd. Service was pretty good. That’s where it ends.

Beer and wine only. Really?

Every Italian restaurant should have oil, parm, and bread on every table. Not here though. You shouldn’t have to order it.

Entree was served al la carte. No side of pasta. No salad. The protein didn’t have much flavor.

I was disappointed especially given the very good reviews.

Food and people there are wonderful, it just takes to long... like we had lunch at 12:30 and it was after 2 when we left. Good place if you have no other plans

Stopped by the restaurant on a Tuesday evening. We were seated quickly, and there were only a few other tables in the dining area. After sitting for about 15–20 minutes, no one came by with water or to take our order. Meanwhile, every table around us — including guests who arrived after we did — were all served with water, bread, and orders taken. Our table was right in the center of the room, so staff passed by several times without acknowledging us. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, we let the hostess know and decided to leave. Really disappointing experience.

We would definitely eat here again.we had a house salad and it wasn’t iceberg! We had their great bread with honey butter. Veal and stuffed salmon were excellent.

I thought this would be a fine dining experience. They didn't present my table with napkins, but they did present excuses, which were not as useful as the napkins that were clearly present on other tables. They presented my wife with a ravioli that was cold in the center. My chicken Parm was basically a Stouffer's microwave quality meal. I want to support local businesses, but Pignetti's in Temple did not help at all. I tipped, because this level of poor management wasn't the server's fault and they were clearly not well trained on simple tasks. If I decide I want Italian food again, I'm driving to Maggiano's in Austin. I'll pay less and actually have a better experience there. My reviews are not ordinarily this harsh, but honestly, I rarely encounter service this bad at this price point.

First time going here. I went to celebrate my birthday, apart from the food being amazing, the service we received was fantastic. We loved the service from Theresa and how she made us feel comfortable and gave different suggestions about the dishes. Can’t get over their bread with butter :)

We had a delightful visit in all aspects at this restaurant. The server Shaun was amazing in recommending wine and answering questions about menu choices. He had an excellent personality and made the evening most enjoyable with his interactions. We left feeling happy and satisfied with everything, thanks to him.
