Had an amazing time here with my hunny, it was soooo romantic outside they even had candles on the table but we came during lunch, so they weren't lit. The food is authentic and the chef even threw in some pesto pasta salad and it was divine! Service was outstanding. I recommend.

Exited Austin and traveled north to Waco for some Italian faire at Pignetti's. First, the atmosphere was extremely festive and inviting although the acoustics made intimate conversation a challenge. However, quiet speaking tones were overshadowed by the absolutely delicious food! The wedge salad was excellent paired with the hot and crispy garlic and parmesan bread. The chicken piccata (a generous portion - thank you very much) was outstanding. A very nice wine list was featured as well as a simple, tasty array of desserts. Seeking a place to "caio" down? Look no further!

Wonderful place! Just had a wonderful early dinner a la fresco and it was fabulous! Our server Daniel was incredible. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The food was incredible! Loved the candied bacon cheese board and lobster ravioli and bucatini! Great wine selections as well. Highly recommend, will be back ❤️

Ordered to-go, Crab cakes were AMAZING, Tomato-basil soup was AMAZING, the Lasagna was way off, I think too much garlic

Solid Italian food for Central Texas but I don't expect it to be as good as Jersey. Tables are a little crowded and it feels like you are in a wine warehouse sometimes. I appreciate the wine expert collection of high end wines but put them away!

Amazing food. Personable waitress, and staff. Best Lasagna I've had in many years.

Our food was absolutely horrible. My pizza tasted like it came out of a box, and my wife had shrimp scampi that was really bad. Will not be going back!

My husband and I had the pleasure to dine at Pignettis in Temple recently. The ambience was beautiful but the food was amazing. Our server was Jonah who delivered exceptional food and service. Overall a truly five star experience!!

I ordered the Spaghetti Arribiatta here or spaghetti with meatballs. The food temperature was just the way I like it, the marinara sauce was well seasoned and not too salty or too spicy.. Well done! The meatballs were cooked too perfection and nice and juicy and they weren't stingy with giving them out either lol.. I wish they made sweet tea though. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm the service was great. I will eat here again!!

It's a good time. Make a reservation to assure a table. Even then you may wait on busy times. Crazy wine selection.

I had a fantastic solo dinner here! Caprese was yummy and the mushroom ravioli held up to my red wine pairing! I had a great experience.

Pignettis really knows how to serve a group! Our table of 6 was impressed. A great menu with great vegetarian options. Loved my butternut squash pasta. The wine selection is huge and we enjoyed the recommendations. Had a great experience here.

Another first time trying Pignettis and the ambience was very relaxing. The lights were dimmed and loved our couple’s date night. The waitress was very attentive, and constantly checked on us. The food was exquisitely flavorsome and delicious.

The restaurant was packed. It was Saturday and prom night, 3/23/24. We were there for a family together. I ordered herb crusted mahi mahi with risotto and green beans. The mahi mahi was dry and it encased in a crust that was hard and very much like it had been deep fried! The risotto and green beans had very little seasoning. My husband ordered meatballs arribbiata (not arrabbiata.) The meatballs were dry and very much in need of some seasonings, as did the pasta sauce. The spaghetti was thick, broken-up, and overcooked. We were very disappointed. We will likely not go there again.
