I rarely leave ratings unless service is exceptionally good or bad but this sort of thing really pushes my buttons.
Food was excellent and on time.....at least the part of the order that wasn't forgotten. I rarely order delivery from Pizza Hut because about every 3rd time something isn't right. This time, part of my order wasn't brought and the driver had to go back. He was polite and apologized but I got the distinct impression that this was not a rare occurrance. Time before last, Pizza Hut handed my food off to Uber Eats or something and, not only was it more than 30 minutes late, the delivery driver didn't even knock on my door. They just left the food on the front porch. Seems like this type of behavior is becoming more and more prevalent. Kinda takes the joy out of getting my food delivered.
To be fair, other places aren't much better.
I've about decided that, if I'm too busy or too lazy to get it myself, I'll be better off doing without. Or paying cash and withholding gratuity unless I know my order is correct the first time.

The place looks horrendous. While the classic Pizza hut look is still in place. This greedy corporation decided to reopen this location without any renovations. Not even a paint job. They just dusted it off after years of it being shut down. Couldn't even replace the kitchen dirty yellow ceiling tiles. How this place past inspection is beyond me. I wouldn't eat anything out that kitchen. Years of dust stuck to those ceiling tiles wonder how much of that falls in the food. Gross! The bathroom are appalling. Outdated! I mean at least keep them clean. I wouldn't recommend this place. Go to West Adams where it's decent.

I stopped by Pizza Hut to dine-in for lunch. I received complimentary cheese bread before my order was brought out to my table. The atmosphere was clean and quaint. And the food was tasty.

Called store no answer so placed order online. Was charged $80 for 3 pizzas and then was prompted my delivery time. I feel because I didnt want to pay an $18 tip they pushed my order for doordash to deliver which in turn made my food cold and an hour la5er than what I was quoted. Will not be ordering from pizza hut ever again. I love their pizza but that's highway robbery 80 for 3 pizzas and not even any drinks or extras to go with it.

We were staying at Motel 6 and decided to order pizza. Called the order in the manager was very kind and took our order. He totaled it up I payed with card added tip and told when it would arrive. The door dasher Misty told me that I needed to give her cash or she would have to take the order back there was some kind of problem. I let her take it back. I called Pizza hut back and was connected with the manager, same one who took my order before. He informed me that she was told to give me my order because it was paid for already. He remade my order and and added a cinnabon to it. And had it delivered. I sure wish I could remember his name because he is our Pizza Hut Hero today Thank you for your kindness.

They were very busy my order was placed at 530 pm for 700 pm pickup I waited a hr for my pizza and it wasn't full cook they keep telling me that it is being cook when it never was I work 8 hrs was gone grab my pizza go home I didn't even eat I was so upset I ordered on line and payed on line and still waited and I left a tip to boot

Fast waiting time, good service and always good food?
Dined in with husband and my 3 teenagers. Pizza was delicious. Wings were super fresh and tasty. The Manager Robert came out and greeted us and let us know that they were just opening back up the dining room, so sevice might be just a little slow. However, we thought it was great! Audrey took care of our order, everything was right and the timing was great. The only downside, there is NO fountain machines to request a class of water or ice. You can only order bottled beverages. The interior is very dated and needs an update. The lighting is subpar but it was clean and the AC works great for the hot days. Only other thing I noticed was the menus don't include any deals like the Big Dinner Boxesx or specials, you have to ask about those. Our experience was very pleasant and we will dine here again.

Great staff - friendly and nice - pizza was very good. Wish they had a soda fountain machine with the red cups and it would be 5 stars all the way! Hope they can put a little money into this location to fix it up. Bring back pizza huts with red glasses and salad bars!

The seats were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. We couldn't wait to get out of there. Didn't even eat half the meal. The chairs were actually PAINFUL after 10 minutes.

pizza has good favour but it was over cooked and a thin crust pizza that is over cooked is hard and dry... i would have thought that all pizza hut cooked there pizzas the same... i found out that is not true
