The past couple of times I have ordered from here the pizza has been dry. Fresh pizza, has not even been in the fridge yet and reheated, is dry. It’s to the point my child will not eat it without me buying extra sauce. Sauce is costly for a small cup when it should not be needed if I got the extra sauce I ordered on my pizzas. Sometimes I buy sauce from the grocery store knowing I will need it for pizza since it’s cheaper that way. So if the idea is that the consumer will buy more marinara sauce from them that is not always the case. I will not be going to this location again. I’ve given too many chances. Pizza is just dry with only a pink color under the cheese to show what sauce was ever there. Just a shame.
Please note, the staff is always kind and polite. Reeducation may be needed or the establishment is trying to save money. Either way, I won’t be back and will be going out of my way to go to another Pizza Hut or pizza shop.

Called first time to ask where’s my delivery but got hung up on. Tried to call to speak with a manager they put on speaker listening but not answering my call. Delivery guy shows up while I still on phone. He acts like he is dumb founded and higher than a kite. Very poor service

I just wanted to say that the young lady that works there that's usually behind the counter is so nice and very friendly. She had for customer service skills and I've been coming in there for years and she is always working hard and has a smile. Y'all have a valuable employee for sure. I just got some bacon cheese sticks and they were delicious! I wish they would redo this store because it would definitely help with business, especially being next to the school. The parking lot really needs to be fixed as well. I put 5 stars based of service only and food. 12/9/25

They never have all the correct toppings used to be my favorite Pizza Hut to go to, but I ordered a specialty pizza because I didn’t have the toppings for the correct stuff to it. I got a one topping with no sauce or anything. Disappointing

Food was ok, however, this location doesn't have a fryer so several items on the menu aren't available. Bathroom was disgusting, restaurant was empty, and only 1 person working the entire establishment. Honestly, the establishment looks closed/ abandoned.

Places a carry out order and Thomas took care of me, he was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect thing to feed our work crew and keep in budget. Pizza was made perfect and the service was outstanding we will definitely be coming back for all our work crew pizza needs!! Thank you Thomas!

Bad hot wings, watch what you order, I had to make a phone call just to argue with management because they're saying they're receiving bad information. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapenos on half of the pizza when I got the pizza it had no pepperonis. So I call up there and they're trying to tell me that it was my fault because I took away the pepperoni from the order so I have a screenshot of my order where it doesn't show anywhere that I took pepperoni off of my pepperoni pizza. Somebody made a mistake and they're blaming me for that mistake. They're also telling me that people all day long order pepperoni pizzas and take pepperoni off the pizza so that's why they didn't call me. So it makes complete sense to them for me to order a pepperoni pizza at just to remove all the pepperoni. The male Manager I'm not sure his name pretty much told me he was not going to argue with me he did remake my pizza but I'm not sure if I can trust that pizza, I did not want to argue but I was being accused of being the one that made the mistake instead of them just owning up to the mistake. Anybody who orders pizza knows that you have to go in and physically take off the pepperoni in the app I did no such thing, if I wanted a cheese pizza I would have ordered a cheese pizza I would not have order the pepperoni pizza and then remove all the pepperoni from the pizza that makes no sense at all.

We placed an order for pick up and was given the wrong order. The pizza was still good but we paid $15 for an $10.81 pizza. We tried to call the restaurant and someone picked up the phone, didn’t say hello and just set it down, never answered. We ate the pizza we didn’t order because we didn’t want to make another trip there. Pay attention and answer your phone! 😠😠

Thank you Temple Pizza Hut. My family was just hours away from home when our car was hit. We were near the pizza hut. The staff was soo kind to my children welcoming them into the store putting on Disney movies and providing a pizza dinner. They went above and beyond in customer service. They allowed us to wait inside for 2hrs for our ride to come. Im soo thankful they helped turn around what could have been a very traumatic experience for my family.

Absolutely horrible customer service. If you need to call this location for any reason good luck. I tried calling over 6 times. I was hung up on immediately after they answered every single time. I could hear them hitting the phone, cussing and groaning before each time it hung up. Just needed a simple answer to a question since the app glitched when trying to place an order and had to contact customer service for any kind of help. Will never order from here again.

We only eat Pizza Hut pizza, no where else. I ordered a large pan pepperoni lovers with extra pepperoni & extra cheese. I got a large pan with light pepperoni & a sad amount of cheese. I also ordered 2 personal pan pepperoni lovers with extra pepperoni. I got 2 personal pan with only 4 pepperonis on each pizza! I don't know if the employees at this store don't read the orders, can't read at all, or just don't care about the orders because they get paid either way, but this is the 4th time I have ordered extra toppings, paid for extra toppings, but DID NOT GET EXTRA TOPPINGS. We are loyal to Pizza Hut, why can't Pizza Hut honor that loyalty by making the pizzas the way I order them?
