9/16/23 I called around 2:15pm and ordered a medium supreme puzza I told the person taking the order how I wanted one item off and to add another one I repeated it 3 or 4 times and she still got the order WRONG and she took my order she was not gonna charge me and I asked is this on the house and she seemed like she was somewhere else and she was oriental now I'm not picking on a certain race it couldn't have been hispanic I would do the same thing they need to pay attention or stay home.

Pizza was pre-made and/or refridgerated. Asked for extra Pepperoni and the extra pepperoni was fresh so it curled and did not stick to the refridgerated pizza and since it was already pre-made the original pepperoni stuck to the cheese. Good trick to ask for extra pepperoni to see if your pizza was lying around some where or is it fresh. Took a picture to show everyone. The place need to be shut down as it look 50 years old inside...SCARY! Pathetic Pizzahut website doesx not care and will ask you for the address because they just link the complaints back to the Nasty old made ahead of time/ frozen pizza. This complaint I almost placed with pizzahut would just go back to the Owner and as you can already tell the Owner and zpizzahut care a less! The Big New Yorker Pizza is a Nasty jJoke! If pizza was all made at once then all the pepperoni would lay flat!!!

If you live in Belton you must get over to Pizza hut and try there famous Melt I'll assure you that you will order them over and over again and the service is friendly try it I bet you will love it.the meat loves and the chicken and bacon even if you aren't Pizza person like my self you will love it okay get up and order you one know.

so I decided to order big box dinner with boneless wings and yall missed up my order. second girl had whole attitude. so wished central texas had better places get some good pizza and wings. will not be back

Terrible service tonight! Placed an order at 7:35pm and at approx 9:15pm get a text saying my order was "modified or cancelled." I would give negative stars if I could. Tomorrow I will go to the store and request a full refund! Usually, this store is very good. But tonight, they suck!

This place is disgusting. Will never return to a single Pizza Hut location again. My family and friends will also never go to Pizza Hut ever again. I'll be sure to post the extended and edited review on here, google and Facebook. Needs HUGE improvements !

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! We ordered delivery and were told 30 to 40 minutes. We waited a hour and then called to figure out when we would get our pizza. The manager said it would be 3 hours. We asked if we could pick it up and get a discount. He said no, he can not control the online system. He kept interrupting everytime we spoke. I have a 1 year old and had to cook something else for her. Do not waste your time or money here. The service and management is ridiculous.

I wouldn't give them one star I ordered around 8:45 and my scheduled delivery time was around 3-4 hrs. I called & asked if I could pick it up instead to make it easy on them he said they were slammed at once but my order was in the oven and should be to me shortly. No problem, so the delivery guy calls & says what's the gate code I told him he comes in said he was at the door, mind you we were standing at the door no one was there. So I called him to see where he was he gets mad instead of asking for better directions he tells me " I'm not going to bring your s*** f*** it" and hangs up in my face! This is a disgusting way to even be to someone for one secondly I am visiting and that was a horrible impression of the restaurant. I kindly went and got my refund and did not want anything from them ! I will never order from here again!
My favorite spot for quality Pizza. great ambiance & decor. the service was very kind and attentive. the bill was good for what you get.

Hottiiieeess! I'm talking about their pizza for DELIVERY! It's our third time ordering online for delivery and EVERY time, our pizza was drooling hot and stretchy... that's the cheese I mean! Online and delivery service is so easy, efficient, time saving, and quick! They have always delivered way before the expected time. Aside from their overly priced 20 oz. Pepsi bottles we love the flavor of their garlic herb crust. This time we tried their stuffed crust pizza. We have a new favorite crust :D Another side note: Pizza Hut has always been a family enjoyment since childhood (time frame undisclosable). They've come a very long way and I'm glad they're still around. For an international food service business, they've done really well for themselves, even in these harsh times. Thanks for the hot pizza and fast delivery service guys!

AVOID -This Pizza hut sucks dough must be old. Super thin. No sauce on the pizza and hardly any cheese in the stuffed crust. HARDLY ANY Sause on the wings not wrapped in foil Such a disappointment and not worth the 32$. This has happened both times I've ordered from here I'm Done

Delivery service from here is great and the pizza is good. I have never had a problem with ordering from the app on my phone too. Pizza is always delivered on time and if they are a few minutes late, they will give me a coupon. I also like the delivery tracker and you can see when the pizza is being cooked and when it's on it's way to be delivered too.

bad customer service manager abby is very rude and needs alil training on how to treat customers they lost me as a customer then she wants to lie and say there was a shooting at my apartment so the driver couldnt come in the gate and thats false they had me sitting here waiting for food that was never coming i will go further with this complaint
