I thought my orders might be done soon, but i have been waiting almost an hour for my two deliveries. They arent even that busy, but deliveries get ignored and everyone is waiting at this point. Something is wrong with their work flow order and Ive been waiting over half an hour a long with four other delivery drivers for food…meanwhile the kitchen is cranking out orders for people who arent in the lobby or in the drive thru….like are they looking at the orders in the wrong order and preparing them? Ofc you cant say anything in Texas or else someone will get their feelings hurt but I really feel like this should be taken up with management…30 mins in the lobby and the kitchen is preparing pizzas for customers who arent even close to the location. And even more so they just tell the delivery drivers to wait as if those arent also valued customers to pizza hut? I see it all the time where the kitchen does not care about delivery app orders and it makes no sense to me

Ordered delivery today. Our white sauce pizza had plastic in it. Looked like the top of a ripped bag. As a parent of two young kids, this is dangerous.

The delivery driver arrived earlier than expected. The food was hot which I appreciate. My issue is with the actual taste of the food. I haven't had pizza hut in a long time and I wanted to try something different. WHY DOES THE PIZZA TASTE SWEET? It is such a strange, overwhelming sugary taste. Once I tasted the sauce included with these cheese sticks, I understood. The sauce is sweet enough to be candy. I will not order the pizza again.

Pizza was pretty disappointing this time. It had the toppings, but they were super light and it just looked like whoever made it didn’t really care. Definitely not made like it usually is. Domino’s just opened back up, so that’ll be our new go-to from now on

I went in on 9/9/25 @7pm to use a T-Mobile promo code. The only requirement was to spend at least a dollar. I did that and the app even allowed me to pay for it. The manager in charge told me I had to purchase an additional food item. I explained to her the requirement which was clearly on the app but she proceeded to curse me out, called me names and told me to go to hell. Very unprofessional manager, she needs to be fired. I will tell everyone I know not to order from this pizza hut.

I went to this location to pick up my pizza. The young lady told me that she did not have my order so I looked at my phone and she went to the back. I discovered that there was a problem a glitch with it going through so I completed it, and meanwhile, this other girl came upfront that says she was the manager, and I was explaining it to her that I had it and that it was a glitch she went to explain to me. Oh no our computers have been running properly all day and I explained to her these are machines and they do go down Her whole attitude was very bad, her delivery of it and everything and then after I receive my pizza, my pizza was very dry on the cross and everything. It looked like it wasn’t even baked well, and I explained to her that the customer service that she gave me was not appropriate. That she should go and read that sign that they have up in their store about treating customers and themselves and wanted this to be a good experience for you. She did not do that. She was still just always defending her bad behavior she should have very apologetic even if she thought that I was wrong that’s good customer service and I would never go back there again. I don’t care if they have free or whatever I would never go to that location again because customer service is a big thing with me and when you don’t treat your customers, right and also I forgot she told me this too that I came in there looking like I was looking for trouble. How is the what is the what is it that you doing that you just walk in the store and just explain to the young lady that it didn’t go through? How do you look like you coming in for confrontation? I personally believe that it was racist because female so that mean all African-Americans when they come into your establishment, they look like they’re coming for confrontation that’s different. Never heard that one before but AnyWho, I will not be going there again free or whatever and will not allow any of my friends or family to go to that one either if we have to drive a hour to another location, we will do that because that young lady I’m not gonna say all of the locations are all of them in there was racist that one person was racist which is sad because she said she was the manager, and the crew was only as good as the head and if that’s the head that they’re following I could just imagine what the crew is gonna be acting like if they’re following the head late like that and then even when I approached her about it, she was like you yelling and screaming but yet you tell me that when I said that you wasn’t addressing me properly oh well it did seem like that but oh what it’s just your opinion that matters and me as the customer Who, if customers don’t come into this location, you don’t have a job But that’s my thing for today and I had to let other people know this that this is what is going on over there and I didn’t see her her name tag but she said that she she’s the manager over here so and this was like about 2:30 in the afternoon but I just hope that you know Pizza Hut take a look at this and get their people in order because if that’s who you’re putting in charge over people shame on you your business is gonna go belly up because that’s the one that’s running your business for you when you’re not there And you wonder why you get low sales there that’s why because of people with attitude like her and I’m gonna give you a picture of my pizza too..

A terrible establishment at its finest . The worker at the front desk was in the restroom for over 10 mins and come out high as a kite , secondly I waited over 45 minutes for 2 pizzas, 2 PIZZAS , the dude in the back has absolutely zero pep in his step and I’m just glad I’m only the delivery driver and that I’m not the one getting whatever terrible service and food your giving . Please do better and stop hiring people prone to not do there jobs properly

Placed a pick up order. Went inside to pay tried my credit card was told the machine wasn't working properly paid in cash got home and found out my card was charged.

Kyle went above an beyond to correct an issue. He did not give me the cooperate run around that I received earlier. Great customer service, no questions, made me feel like a valued customer.
