The guy working the front window for pickup was extremely rude. I got there he immediately op-ed the window and shoved a pizza and drink in my face with no words. I told him that was not my order, then he got an attitude and told me “you are at the wrong window”. If I was at the wrong window I didn’t mean to be but the way he went about it was very disrespectful. He didn’t speak to me until he told me how I was wrong. Absolute disrespectful behavior.

Pizza tastes and smelled very weird. I bought two large to have enough for a few meals but I don't know If I can eat the rest. Tasted burned up. Worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Absolutely yuk! I gave this location another shot and it was much better than the last time. I moved it from 1 start to 4.

picked up a carry-out order from Pizza Hut today and had a great experience thanks to the friendly and professional service Brittney gave me. I can appreciate when people working customer service have such a positive attitude and vibe, it really makes me want to come back and spend more money at an establishment. My food was hot and ready on time, and the customer service made it even better. Thanks Brittney and those who made the pizza as well!

Absolutely stellar experience at Pizza Hut! The Manger Buck his service was right on time no delays, no hassle, just smooth and efficient from start to finish. The pizza? Stupendously delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor, the crust had the perfect crunch, and the toppings were fresh and generous. What really stood out was the presentation it looked just as good as it tasted. You can tell they take pride in getting every detail right. Highly recommend for anyone craving top-notch pizza and great service! 5 STARS!!!!

Absolutely terrible do not order from here ever!!! Food was terrible , order was not even close to what I ordered. The service was even worse than the wrong food that was delivered. Waited 4 plus hours to be told they can refund me tomorrow but I would need to call back. Zero stars if it was an option!

This was by far the worst pizza I have eaten!! Ordered online, did drive thru window service which was poor. Was not acknowledged of even being there when they were standing right there looking at me. Pizza was ready, paid and got no thank you. Got home and meat lovers pizza looked amazing. Pepperoni, omg had so much grease in each roni, just gross. Plus what did yall do to the hand toss crust??!! It was ridiculous! It was as if it was not fulling cooked. No color on bottom, it folded like whimpy bread. SO disappointed, I prefer Pizza Hut over the other chains, but if this is the new hand toss, I'll just take my chances else where. Maybe it was a bad day for someone, which made it bad for me. $29 out of pocket for something we didn't finish. Even tried reheating it next day. Nope trash it went. I was there on Thurs night of this week.

I arrived at the drive thru window and waited for about 10 min till I decided to walked inside due to not getting any service. Once inside I stood there in front of the main counter for about 5 min but nobody approached me. I left with money in my pocket and hunger…. Thank you for your service!!! I ended up ordering from the competition because my children where starving!!!
I waited for about 30 min for a personal sized pizza that was supposed to be meat lovers but was a supreme. The girl with pink hair tried to tell me that a meat lovers has mushrooms on it but after she looked in the system she saw she ordered the supreme and not the meat lovers I asked for.
Then the same girl talked back to what seemed to be the manager of the store in front of me with the window open ( I was in the drive through). He had to deal with her disrespect but he didn’t know that the window was open (which I don’t fault him for).
Their system was messing up and I waited in the drive through for one hour before going into the parking lot, parking, and standing in the building with the other 6 people that have waited for the food. But here’s the kicker. There was a man with medium long length hair wearing a hat with no hair net. He was also applying the topings to the dough with his hands and no gloves. I got another customer to verify if I was just seeing things but he confirmed the boy wasn’t wearing gloves.
I left shortly after without the pizza I ordered and after waiting over an hour. I waisted gas and ended up throwing away the wrongly ordered pizza after seeing that….and that I saw the girl with pink hair cough over a pizza she was putting in a box. Anyways I ended up getting a kids meal from bushes chicken….and that only took 5 minutes including the time it took for me to pay.
I don’t fault them for their system being crap. But cleanliness is non negotiable. There were no gloves worn, no masks worn, no hairnets. I would ask for a refund but she didn’t even give me my receipt but I can show the charge in my account if needed. I will be calling the health department as well. Only reason there’s a 5 star is due to the manager working hard to make loads of pizzas with a broken ordering system. He was kind and apologized for the wait and did the best that he could making pizzas with one other worker because nobody know where that rude girl went after exclaiming that she needed to go the bathroom rudely again with the window open and in front of me.
