Ordered a thanksgiving turkey and option was to pick it up 11/18-11/22. Went to pickup today and store has no way to see my order and they said there is absolutely no turkeys left. They said when you order online it’s through a third party and I have to go through them to get the refund. Popeyes has no customer service line to contact a human. This was a scam and this location is trash.

So I come to this Popeyes atleast 2 times a week on my lunch break and the service I get here is phenomenal! The lady that works the window is so sweet, and provides some of the best customer service that I’ve had in a while. The food always tastes great, and I always get my order in a timely manner. I decided to leave a review today because it’s been long over due. :) lol. Whoever is in that kitchen today, keep them!! I ain’t had tenders this golden brown and juicy in a hot minute, and it’s well deserving after the long day I had. I recommend this place always. The lady at the drive thru window always makes my day with her service. Keep up the good work, I’ll be back! :)

Asked for a medium fry they gave me a kid fry.. I’m a big boy that won’t do nothing to my appetite.. Nobody in the damn line but yet they taking the precious time.. Got my wings and Lawwd the mf box was leaking.. Do better store plz..

I regret to say that my experiences at this Popeyes location have consistently been disappointing. Despite its proximity to my home, I find myself questioning why I keep returning. Unfortunately, I can't recall a time when my order was delivered in a timely manner.

Using the app has been particularly frustrating--after waiting over 20 minutes after ordering before heading to the restaurant, I've often found that customers who ordered after me receive their meals first. On several occasions, the staff couldn't even locate my order when I showed it on my phone. Moreover, roughly 75% of the time, my order has been incorrect, and I've frequently encountered items that are out of stock. On my last visit, they were out of chicken fillets and had to prepare my ghost pepper chicken sandwich with chicken tenders instead.

I placed my order at 3:13 PM with a promised pickup time of 3:25 PM, but when I arrived at 3:41 PM, my order was still not ready. I felt ignored as the staff prioritized other customers, and when I asked about my order, I received zero acknowledgment. Another customer, who was also waiting for their order, shared my sentiments about the slow service. He told me "wow she totally ignored you"

After waiting an additional five minutes for assistance, I inquired again, only to see the staff turn to someone else without addressing me. Eventually, I was told that my order was being prepared, but the lack of communication was frustrating. There wasn't even anybody eating inside. There was just four people waiting. One of the gentlemen leaving said that he had to wait 30 minutes for his order.

Moving forward, I think I will choose to visit the Popeyes on I-35 instead, as my experiences here have consistently fallen short. I encourage others to consider the reviews--many people may not feel compelled to share their experiences, but they can reflect a larger trend. This is the first time in my 58 years that I have felt the need to express my dissatisfaction so openly, as I usually prefer to let things go. Unfortunately, the repeated issues with my orders and service have compelled me to speak up.

Additionally, I had requested that the staff not staple my bag so I could check my order, but she totally ignored me again and stapled the bag anyway.

I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements at this location.

I ordered an 8 piece meal online. The meal was supposed to be mixed, but was only dark meat. The store was not busy and I still had to wait for my order. Although I had to wait, the food was still only warm. The mashed potato container was barely half full. I got a spicy chicken sandwich free with my order. The bread was very greasy.

I have never had a positive experience at this location. Most times I go they won’t even take my order if it’s within an hour of them closing. Seems like they close whenever they feel like it.

Chicken good; redbeans and rice: barley 2 spoons in container; 5 different tables had not been cleaned; casher just leaning on the wall; bathroom needed A LOT of attention; young guy in white t shirt said 'my bad' but didn't do anything to correct dirty tables. Too many things wrong for my wife and I to return.

I'm a delivery driver I waited for over 35 minutes for 2 orders for some customers and the staff had almost no food prepared and were moving at the pace of a dead snail ? then asked if I could call my customers and ass if the wanted different items rather than make the food that was ordered the then refused service and locked me out of the restaurant after I spoke to them about there poor service

Y’all need to be more tentative at this location. Drive thru speaker is broken and has been for quite a while, half of what is on the menu is “out of stock”, short staffed, people taking orders don’t know what they’re doing. The poor kitchen staff is holding this place together. Where’s the general manager? Why aren’t they helping their staff??

You really need to do better. Out of everything. No quality, had to remind the employee of 5 things my order was missing. Your chicken is good but not that good. Business will suffer folks. In at lunch hour and 5 ppl in the building...

Staff just hollers at one another and the man at the counter is just his sweet time and to restaurant is not busy. He’s busy forgetting what people ordered and visiting with a patron he knows. He forgot our order once already.
No sweet tea, just made Cole slaw, no chicken legs and it’s 1:30 Pm.
This staff is doing a disservice to the company. If I’m paying $16 for a 5 tender meal it should come with a little bit of service!
