Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered from this restaurant yesterday and was given the wrong order. I decided to give them another chance today, but when I politely mentioned the issue and checked my order, the owner became extremely aggressive, basically calling me a liar.

When I requested to cancel my order due to how I was treated, he made a condescending remark, saying: “Since you’re the owner of your company, you probably need the money anyway.” On top of that, he refused to issue a refund for the order he never served me.

This is hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The owner’s attitude is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I will never order from here again and do not recommend this establishment to anyone

The Butter chicken is runny and lacks flavor. I love Indian cuisine but eveytime I've given this place a try, the food is overpriced, underseasoned, and runny/soupy.

Roopa’s Kitchen Authentic Indian Cuisine is absolutely fantastic! Every meal I’ve had here has been bursting with rich, authentic flavors that keep me coming back for more. The attention to detail in the spices and preparation is truly impressive. On top of that, the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly—they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. It’s the perfect combination of amazing food and warm hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch Indian dining experience!

Very good.
Hot. Truly hot. I usually get hot and my husband gets very hot. I ordered medium because I read reviews warning about the heat level. Husband ordered very hot, as usual. My medium was very hot and his very hot was very very very hot.

Some of the best Indian food I’ve had in Temple. I got the chicken tikka and the butter chicken. They don’t taste traditionally but they are incredible. The meat is so tender, and the flavors were off the charts. Portion sizes were good and medium spice level is a perfect balance. They deserve better ratings on here than they have.

Today was my first time trying this restaurant so I was super excited. The Aloo Gobi Masala was a 10 out of 10!!! I thank the woman in the front for helping me with the menu. Unfortunately, I also purchased the Fish Tikka and the talapia was RANCID although cooked , you can tell that the fish was spoiled/needed to be discarded . The Aloo Gobi though was full of flavor and very satisfying .

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Great service, amazing food. My new go-2 place :)

I tried the butter chicken with lemon rice, and it was AMAZING. It had plenty of flavor and truly delicious. It's a small cozy restaurant but it was worth the visit.

Amazing Indian food! We ordered five different dishes and shared - everything was wonderful and beautifully presented. It was my mom’s birthday and her meal was free. Waiter was just attentive enough without being intrusive or ignoring us. We will be back!

A very dry atmosphere. Food is very heavy and over portioned. Naan bread was soggy in butter and heavy. There is nothing on the wow factor to return. A recommendation- add a lunch menu and more gursts can enjoy the tastes of India.
