Rosa's is a solid place for fast Mexican food. For breakfast, I always get the steak breakfast bowl and steak/egg tacos. Parking is always available and the staff is friendly. We will continue to stop in.

First time ever visiting this restaurant. It was a little overwhelming. There was Noone in line and the place was a bit empty. So we were trying to read over the menu to order. The young man at the register kept asking us if we were ready. And we kept saying not yet. He finally stepped away and told another guy in Spanish he was not dealing with this today. The next guy was amazing. Great customer service. Explained to us how everything worked. And even recommended the margaritas.

The best customer service you could ask for is had right here. The food is borderline fast food at best. The prices however at astronomical. The value of the menu does not reflect the quality of the food or the portions.
