Came in and everyone was very nice. My salad was amazing and they made sure not to add nuts like I asked. I got a pic with the awesome lady Ms. Sherry that helped me with an awesome smile.

That was the worst sandwich I have ever had! The bread was so terrible and dry. Another disappointment

The service and sandwiches were great. This restaurant needs a lot of cleaning. The physical restaurant is as important as the food and service.

This used to be a great place to eat, good, fast and convenient. Condition of the restaurant has degraded with worn seating and wall paper peeling. Food has struggled due to poor planning/logistics. They're out of the most popular chips, came by at 5pm and was informed they had no jalapeño cheese bread with 4 hours left prior to closing. There are other examples but I think you get the picture. In the meantime time the staff are doing their best to accommodate and pass their apologies.with sincerity which is greatly appreciated. It's saddening that such a well appreciated option to eat in Temple is starting to go downhill due to poor forward thinking and planning.

Don't go through the drive through and get food . Your getting other people's rejections. Food that was made wrong, they take that food and say they will remake it, and won't be done the way you ask for it to be done. So know this they don't throw it away, they wait for next customer to come through the drive inn and serve that food to you. Food that has been touched and gone through. I know I saw this happen for my self and I couldn't believe it. But I saw it with my own eyes. And what's messed up is the girl in the drive though said that the manager instructed her to do so. Not good 😐 I know if you have to have a schlotzsky's
sandwich go to Belton tx .they don't let this happen to their customers. They care. Beware of Temple Texas schlotzsky's

Way better than subway, but it's expensive for a sandwich. I bought 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks with small bag of chips was over $30.00 dollars

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank your staff for the outstanding service and kindness they extended to my family and me during our recent visit.

We came into the restaurant about 15–20 minutes before closing, and despite the late hour, your team welcomed us so graciously. Not once did we feel like an inconvenience—they served us with warmth and professionalism, which we deeply appreciated.

Shortly after placing our order, we realized we had accidentally left our car keys on the counter. One of your back-of-house team members kindly brought them out to us—what a relief that was! Then, as we were about to leave, we discovered our child’s iPad had been left behind in a booth. The cashier took the time to come outside and return it to us. These acts of attentiveness meant more than you know.

What your team didn’t realize was that we were navigating a heavy day. A close family member was undergoing serious health challenges at Scott & White Baylor Hospital just up the street. Our hearts were full of worry and exhaustion, and your staff’s simple acts of kindness felt like small miracles in the midst of our emotional day.

Earlier in the day, we had also come through the drive-thru, and the young woman at the window was so genuinely kind that we decided to return later for dinner. Your employees’ consistent compassion and empathy throughout both visits didn’t go unnoticed.

You are truly employing gold-star individuals who are making a real difference—not just through great service, but by offering humanity and care in the moments when people need it most.

As Hebrews 13:2 reminds us: “Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.” While we certainly don’t consider ourselves angels, your team treated us with the kind of grace and kindness that felt heavenly.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

The bread is so fresh and delicious and prices reasonable. When we go to Texas it’s a must stop for us. Tried the calzone and it was great.

Toppings on sandwich made top bun very soggy. Bacon wasn't crispy.
