DON'T DINE IN!!! Only go through their drive through at this location! Very rude staff with low cleanliness inside.The menu was a little pricey, quality and large serving sizes make up for the price. These sandwiches are enormous and delicious. I love the pickle on the side.I had issues with the staff standing around chatting and playing with their phones. The soda station was out of straws, lids and almost out of napkins. They were out of a few sodas and had no note to display what syrup was out of order.The biggest issue I had though, was that my mother and I had to walk around the building twice before we could find a decently clean table. Then when we asked the staff about the soda station and if they could clean a table, the man at the counter rolled his eyes and a woman in the back started giggling. He handed us some napkins so we could "clean the table ourselves" and didn't budge from the register.Parking: Drive through wraps weirdly through the parking lot. Few parking spaces for such and empty building. Most of the parking was taken up by the MUCH busier stores next door.

I tried to bring home schlochkeys for my wife who is not feeling well. She wanted soup and a sandwich. I get in line at the drive through only to be told "cash only". Now I am trapped in the line for twelve minutes. I am giving only one star because I didn't get to try the food or the service. Next time this happens you should inform people BEFORE you trap them in your drive through.

11-13-23 UPDATEI hadn't been here in quite a while.. I use my safe to save App BOGO.. Can I get the Turkey fiesta and the Deluxe original. They were both so good as always.I love schlotzsky's. What made it even better was I got my sandwich free for my birthday

12/02/23 at 3:45pm. I come to this schlotzsky's in Temple fairly often. But I usually go through the drive through. The ladies have always been so smiley and friendly. Today I went inside. The person who took my order, w/f in her 20s was the most unfriendly service person I've met in a while. She could have cared less that I was there. Same with the person who gave me my order b/m in his 20s. When he gave me the order, he looked in another direction so as to disregard me. No smile, or thanks for coming in from either employee I'm not hoping for for anything out of the ordinary from customer service people, but this was well below ordinary. Just don't get it... can't muster up a smile or a friendly hello or something, anything that says thanks for coming in today. Food is always consistent. Maybe they were all just having a bad day.

I walked in and the manager and another employee just stood there and stared at me, talking to each other, while the cashier had to walk from across the restaurant to ask "can I help you?" "Yes, please. Pick up order for elisabeth." Another lady walked the bag over to me, I needed a cup carrier and again manager and other employee just stood there while the cashier had to squish herself passed them to get it. "Thank you very much." Took my to go bag back to eat it at my work desk to find the chicken is just sliced sandwich meat? There's maybe four strawberries and not enough dressing. And no fork despite me asking if there was utensils inside. Disappointing way to waste $20. The tea is good though.
Awesome sandwich and salad..went inside today and yikes they're not friendly at all..I will use the drive thru from now on..awesome strawberry salad ?

First time eating here and was pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches were pretty good. I have to admit it felt like we interrupted an employee meeting by walking in. Maybe it was their time to catch up on cleaning but didn't get a very welcoming vibe. We will be back.

Well the time we went there was through the drive and first thing the cashier said was "SORRY CASH ONLY", so we told her no problem we'll go to CVS and get some cash..we go through the drive through again,she doesn't say cash only again "so when go to order she's with her lazy voice(it sounded like she didn't want to be there)can I help you..we give her our order 3 sandwiches 4 drinks and 1 potato soup..well we got everything but soup..I couldn't believe that someone like her is working, these young need training in CUSTOMER SERVICE..I work food service for 25 years and I've never that Attitude she had.
Took awhile but so good as usual.
