I came through the drive-thru and gave my order to an inexperienced new young man. There were two donuts that were different than what I ordered in the box and my daughter was looking forward to those donuts. I called them back and ask them to fix it and they were very courteous, very nice, and met my need. They gave me several extra donuts on top of correcting my order. This Shipley Donuts location is my favorite. They have a large variety of donuts and assorted rolls. I usually get an assorted dozen, and I also like their cinnamon twists and apple fritters. The staff is friendly, the donuts are fresh everyday, and there is also a drive-thru.

I don't eat sweets for breakfast very often. Luckily, they have kolaches! I get what I want, and my family does as well. We have always had good experiences here, and you will too.
