We usually have no issues here. We had an order and asked for 5 glazed blueberry cakes, we received 5 blueberry plain cakes. What made it even more disappointing is they were undercooked and the insides were still all wet dough.

I came through the drive-thru and gave my order to an inexperienced new young man. There were two donuts that were different than what I ordered in the box and my daughter was looking forward to those donuts. I called them back and ask them to fix it and they were very courteous, very nice, and met my need. They gave me several extra donuts on top of correcting my order. I am very happy with them and their customer service. It was an easy mistake and they were very generous with...
