I ordered a dozen donuts, the sprinkle box (like I do every Thursday), and one of them looked like it had been dropped on the floor. It had dirt, hair, and other nasty stuff stuck to it. They really served that to a customer! That’s disgusting. If they’ll drop a donut on the floor and still serve it, who knows what else goes on there. I’m done, never going back.

I got the twelve assorted donuts. The two ladies in the front were so sweet and helpful. It was a very clean and quiet atmosphere. I had a great experience just choosing the different donuts. I did not know that the apple fritter was considered a pastry. Those are my favorite. I will be returning.

I asked for 8 glazed, 2 Boston creme and two chocolate glazed... I got 8 glazed, no Boston creme and two chocolate icings... I know I repeated my order and still short the 2 Boston creme... I stopped my weekly trips here for a reason and BOOM! first time back in over 4 years and order messed up.. Hello Dunkins

I don't know about most people, but when I say I want a Chocolate donut, I MEAN a Chocolate donut. A donut made with chocolate batter. Not a plain donut with chocolate icing. That's NOT a chocolate donut. If you don't have any, that's fine. Just say that, but don't call a plain donut with chocolate icing a chocolate donut. Chocolate lovers understand! This is so incredibly annoying to me, but so many places do it. What you make is pretty good, but I guess I'll stick to Duncan Donuts, where a chocolate donut is chocolate, and not just chocolate iced.
