This is the worst smoothie king ive EVER been to. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I waited for 20 minutes at the speaker before anyone would help me, then i got to the window and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to come to the window.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Smoothies were terrible. Poorly blended, ginormous chunks of ice. Can’t sip through the straw. Got 3 angel foods and all of them are extremely tart and bitter, not sweet at all. Practically undrinkable. I used to get angel foods regularly from here and they’ve been going downhill lately. Smoothies went straight in the trash

I’m a regular at Smoothie King and usually stop by every morning. Whether I come through the drive-thru or walk inside, I’m always greeted by Arianna Hamilton with a warm smile and a welcoming Hello, welcome to Smoothie King!
This morning was no different I walked in and, as always, she made me feel comfortable and valued. I ordered four smoothies, and she made all of them quickly while managing multiple tasks at once. She even asked if I needed a carrier to make it easier to carry them out. Her speed, attention to detail, and kind attitude were spot-on.
I tipped her because she truly earned it just like she does every morning I visit. As I was leaving, she smiled and said, Have a great day, we appreciate you see you soon! That kind of consistent, positive customer service makes all the difference. Arianna is a great asset to the team, and I hope her hard work is recognized!

I recently stopped by Smoothie King on a hot, sunny day just looking for something cold and refreshing. I wasn’t sure what to get, but as soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Ari Hamilton. She had such a positive attitude and made me feel instantly welcome.
I asked her for a recommendation, and she suggested I try a Strawberry Hulk with frozen yogurt and a Peanut Power Plus. She personally made both smoothies and even walked them over to me, saying, We greatly appreciate you! That small gesture meant a lot it made the entire experience feel personal and genuine.
Great customer service like that is what keeps people coming back. Ari went above and beyond, and because of her, I’ll definitely be returning. She’s exactly the kind of employee any business should be proud to have!

If you want a good açai bowl I recommend the manager name Ranelle to make it, she made it so nice and neat and I got the extra ingredients I paid for I was giving up on the location at first because the past couple of weeks my bowls has been looking bad like someone just threw the ingredients in there and didn’t care how it looked but today she made my bowl so nice and neat every time I go there now I will be looking for her to make my bowls, cause it’s so perfect. Miss Erika and Juan were amazing even though we were there 2 minutes before closing time and they served us with the best atmosphere and kindness!! Definitely coming back but earlier lol!! Excelent services

Stopped by today for the first time and had the best experience. The woman who took my order was super helpful and the smoothie tastes great! They also gave my little one a coloring sheet. Will be going back!

Management is lazy and does not go over and beyond for customer service is not acceptable very unfriendly and no compassion no heart does the bare minimum rude they refused to pay me for the hours I worked manager Sarah thinks it's funny and hilarious her and another management to cut you on your hours that you worked and tell you that they're going to fix it in the system and then they don't and then you have no way to prove that you work them hours I can't Resort back to watching the video feed while you were working hung the phone up in my face very disrespectful no Management training or customer service skills at all thought it was very funny do the rude and Ratchet stuff terrible place to work
