had two employees ask me repetitively asked me what my order was. one of them even asked what the name for my online order was. i ordered in the drive thru and was the only one at the time. had to wait 10 minutes for my smoothie, on top of that. (i’ve never waited longer than five minutes) smoothie could’ve been thicker too. one star.

Came in for a sweet treat after a hard emotional day! When I arrived, my online order wasn't presented in a pleasant manner. IAsked for a refund, but wasn't able to get one. This review would be a 1 or no star, BUT Khaleelah offered to remake my order and it looked as it should...this really helped make my evening...I appreciate your service Ms. Thank you for seeing what I saw 😁 and making it better...it's small things like that that actually makes a difference.
