Went on Halloween night to give my little ones a treat. The service was great there was a cheerful lady that gave us the food . My little ones liked everything and were happy .

Suddenly has a new, weird drive thru setup where they have you pull forward and wait automatically for the food instead of them using the window, with signs leading up to it making it seem like this is the new normal. It made the drive through take longer than the cars that pulled up and parked, since they brought the food and then had to walk back in for the payment to process, going to each car that was there before going back in so they could bring food to multiple cars at a time. Just seemed odd instead of just saying driving thru unavailable, etc.

Slushy had no flavor at first sent it back still a baby pink color for strawberry slush my cherry strawberry was the same way they should all be very red was told they couldn't mix it they gave me a spoon to mix it myself... didn't want to give a refund

Update:
I went back and had my order remade after a few weeks and as soon as I ordered it the manager knew exactly who I was and quickly fixed my order. I have to say what an improvement! It was delicious and perfect! Not only that he came out to my vehicle to explain and apologize. This is how customer service is supposed to work! Big thank you to him for his dedication and care. We will definitely continue eating here.

I went to sonic on Adams. I asked for onion rings with three times extra cheese with barely any chili and this is what I got. I did call up there and they said they would make the order right what baffles me is why couldn’t they do it right in the first place and they did charge me three times for the cheese and once for the chili so I did pay for three times extra cheese it’s ridiculous

This is the second recent time I’ve ordered a sandwich with fries. Both times the fries could not be eaten. They taste greasy like they have not changed the oil. The service was fine. The smash burger was good and is the reason for the two stars but bumme on the fries. Once I understand but it seems to be an ongoing issue. I will not return.

I like to order everything through the app to help keep costs down and find the best deals. The food was good, and so were the drinks. My order came out pretty quickly, and we were able to eat in the car and enjoy our drinks on the way home.

I go to Sonic mainly for the ocean water or the 1/2 priced cheeseburgers every Tuesday after 5 PM. They usually have good customer service and are pretty quick with your order.

As much as Route 44 drinks cost; not Happy Hour; you would think they would give you the RIGHT amount of cherries and limes for the drink. When I ask for the right amount they sometimes get an attitude or act like they don’t understand or it’s a bother. I could reveal to them that I was a manager for Sonic’s for years. I could tell them that I operated the #2 store that was #11 before I was hired and took over for that particular state… but what’s the point? Sonic locations seems to no longer care about giving exceptional service and food, having customers and their cars lined up on the main access road trying to get into the parking lot to order place their order(s) from the Sonic’s I managed. I realize everyone can not be me. I would think that if I’m paying full price and my drink order supposed to come with 4 cherries and 4 lime slices, why am I not receiving what I’m paying for? I feel ripped off every time I patronize Sonic’s. A lot of people are being ripped off whether they realize it or not. It’s truly a shame and disgrace. Instead of patronizing for decades, several times of the week, at different locations across numerous states, I now only patronize maybe once every 4 months…if that. It’s the principle.

Since when did the chicken tenders meal NOT come in a BOX and without GRAVY? I worked for sonic for well over a year. This is bs cause I KNOW better. The car hop SUCKED. Did not read back the ticket or any greeting. Wack experience.

Mozzarella sticks was cold… ask for ranch twice the girl that took my order said okay never came back walked right past my car then pushed the button to tell them I needed ranch and they just said okay and never came back to the car… but before that food was cold asf and then I had to keep repeating my order to them untill they finally got it right … want be back again long wait and cold food and the chicken sandwich was also threw together …
