Came to spare time tonight went to the spot to get a Cash Card to play games was directed to the counter that does the bowling stuff, the the girl sent us back to that counter that sent us to her. Went to pay for $25 on a cash card and only had a $50 bill and the guy said we don't give change so we walked out and left. How can you take cash ,but can't give change back? You just lost our business.

This place was so much fun !!! There are endless things to do there. A very kind employee named Jolea helped me find my way around and showed me all the place had to offer. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and answered all of my questions! I will definitely be coming back thanks to her!! 😊💕

Love to come bowl here show off my skills. I been coming here since I moved to Texas . Is been a good 6-7 years . But. Today i went to play a few games and bowl with my pregnant wife. Had a good time. Anyways heard rumors about getting cheated on tickets and time. Didn’t think it was true or really worth investigating on my own. Until I did today. Sure enough. Added all my tickets in my calculator, by the end of the night checked balance on card. Was off by atleast 200-220 tickets. Now. That’s that. Every time I go. My favorite pass time is the basketball game. You have to score and there’s 5 rounds . You get like 45 seconds each round or so. Towards the end of the night. I’m on my 2-3rd round. Super excited because I’m ahead of the score that I have to beat. Literally as I’m playing and watching my time and score. Round 4/5, 764 points 40 seconds left !!! My girl says babe is 11:45 . All of a sudden my time drops to 10 seconds ! Was mad and confused. Really upsetting . So I slide my card and pay to play one more time ! First round . Started at 45 seconds . Like always . After shooting 2-3 basketballs. My time cut down to 5 seconds ! Complete bs. I get yall are closing. I get yall wanna go home. But let us play our turn. Completely unfair. And disappointed. We pay good money to play our arcade games and have a good time, give yall business. The least yall can do is. Give me my time that I bought on my damn game!!! I have easily over 5,000 tickets on my card… considering cashing it out. And start going to the new Dave and Busters .

Had my Grandsons birthday there on Feb 1st. Had the worst experience ever with the party host we had. She took time away from their bowling. The ended up only bowling half the time they got cause one lane was down for about 15 minutes and then she made them take shoes off and stop 15 mins before their time was up. She was rude, not very informative and unprofessional. Every time I asked a ? she stumbled to answer and most the time had to go get an answer. I was told to be there by 12:45. When I arrived I asked where I could put cake and gifts and was told I needed to wait til after bowling was done to put it all in party room. I said no and insisted and was then aloud to put in room that was already set up although I was told it wasn't. She didn't bring the kids drinks with their pizza. She brought them when they were done eating. She also told me there wasn't time for opening gifts that we needed to do that at home. I can go on and on but I won't. I will say I DO NOT recommend hosting a birthday party there. You DO NOT get your monies worth.

My 12 yr old won a Apple watch on 2/22. And the manager said they can't give him to him cuase it fell down the back othe the machine, instead of the open chute. Is answer was cuase othe people shake the machine around and messes up the chute. He also won a lesser price xbox controller and nothing happen it came down the chute properly. False advertising. He spend some money on getting those items out, just to tell him they can't give him the apple watch price.... won't be coming back

I just had my sons birthday party here and I couldn't have asked for anything better! Everything went smoothly and the kids had a blast! Breanna B. was our party host and she was absolutely amazing. She took charge and handled everything and was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Thank you for such a great experience!
