This place is a lot of fun. My son loves the games. The batting cages are kinda slow so that's a bummer but we'll still go since theres no other batting cages like these around. Food is ok for standard bar food. Will be back again soon for the games.

HORRIBLE! I don't know if it was just poor customer service, lack of training or out right racist staff at Shakers. My husband and I were visiting from out of town and had just patronized the establishment next door. (Dont know if the 2 places are the same.) We were excited to hangout a little while longer. We clearly looked lost and were the only people waiting in line. There were 4 people behind the counter just staring at us (actually watched us walk all the way from the entrance) No one ever acknowledged us, they didn't say one word. We finally just walked away. Initially we were saying the next time we visited, we were going to go back and play volleyball. Unfortunately, we will never return.

Spare Time hosted our Law Firm’s bi-annual team building today and I could not sing their praises any louder. Everything went off without a hitch and was absolutely wonderful. The team was organized, professional, friendly, helpful… the list goes on. They made our event so much fun and I am so grateful. Thank you, Spare Team! Our team is already asking to come back.

Lane reservations are for some unfathomable reason, non-refundable. So if life happens to you after you make a reservation, you’re just screwed. They offer a “re-scheduling” for reservations which is trash and inconvenient because of how busy the place is.With how busy this location is, you would think refundable reservations would be a thing. Be sure no emergencies happen to you if you make a reservation here.

Expensive party packages but not worth it because they include free time to play the games but the kids don't earn any tickets. If it wasn't for chuck e cheese and peter piper pizza being cheaper and they let you earn tickets with their package then it would be neutral but that's why they are losing to them. Being expensive but giving cheap service is wild when your competition gives good service but still expensive but still cheaper than yall
We came to spare time have fun by bowling ? them they said that we will have to be on a list then they said we had to wait 3 hour to bow now they said we had To wait 3 hours only way that it will be possible for it to go faster is we had to be on the list the guy that told else was a black guy with glasses and blue hoodie then we was given a card with no money like now that just runin our night like they is unacceptable we never had problems
