They're always out of the egg and cheddar protein boxes and sandwiches when I go. But the staff is friendly and patient. I always panic and trip up my order. Still new to coffee.

Personally I dont drink Starbucks anymore because it's not that good compared to local shops but I came here for my son and his gf last week and got myself an iced latte, not only was it terrible but the customer service was also. Today I stopped in again to refill a gift card for Christmas and was not surprised with the lack of customer service. No thank you, Merry Christmas or nothing. I did talk to the manager but he seemed to not care which I also assumed that would be the issue....he didn't even say im sorry about that, he just said thank you?? Wth.
