The woman at the counter was straight-up rude. From the moment I approached, she had an attitude—rolling her eyes, rushing me, and acting like my presence was an inconvenience. She wasn’t just impatient, she was completely unprofessional and lacked even the basic courtesy you’d expect from someone in customer service. There was no greeting, no attempt to help, just a cold, condescending vibe that made the whole interaction uncomfortable and frustrating.

It was about 8:30 in the morning and there was a girl cleaning a refrigerator behind the counter. I stood there a while, waiting on her to get finished, but I had to get to work so I finally said good morning. She barely looked over her shoulder and said I’ll be with you in a minute. She literally continue to clean a refrigerator instead of putting the towel down, washing her hands and taking care of her customer. This is 100% what is wrong with this younger generation! No one cares about anyone else except for themselves and they do not put customer care first! The work ethic today is awful!

Went in for a green tea/lemonade. Venti. The cashier was very friendly(and cute) she even wrote me a nice note on the lid of my cup! That made my night. She was wearing a red apron. I wish I had time to get her name, but im on duty.. Hopefully she sees this. If you do, I really appreciate it. Can I buy you a coffee this time?

Thank you for making my night!!

If a specific person isn’t there I won’t buy. I always find myself watching the 1-2 employees chattering w each or others to acknowledge waiting customers. The lady w the silver hair is always amazing. The younger ones w piercings. Not so much

First, I want to start by saying I’ve never had any issues with the employees or their service, but today I had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered a tall double gingerbread latte and the employee—Tammy—sniffed my drink right in front of me. She putt her nose directly above the foam to make sure she didn’t forget the gingerbread. It was very unsanitary and disgusting. I was in such a rush that I didn’t even bother to ask her to remake it. She was nice and attentive, but had no regard for cleanliness.

It's the closest Starbucks to my home and I love coming here! Even if there's a big line, it's worth the wait because the employees have always been friendly and made delicious coffee!

The staff often pull out their phones in the middle of making drinks. The staff struggles to pay attention to orders in entering and making them. This young staff is clearly distracted by all the technology in our lives. Recent drinks were missing pumps of vanilla for a decaf vanilla latte for example. The coffee is often cold/lukewarm, requiring to put the coffee in the microwave. The times I have been inside, the staff talk about whatever unprofessional things, and as I’m literally waiting for remade drinks, they are being passive-aggressive about how I’m somehow wrong for expecting things to be done right. I’m about to record them and go to all of their favorite social media sites. To memorialize how much more superior they are to me.
