This is the only starbucks in Central Texas that refuses to customize drinks. Light ice on a shaken espresso perfectly fine in Belton Killeen Copperas Cove but West Adams, impossible. Cortado on ice, fine at all stores but this one.

I go to this Starbucks every single day And I have always encountered nice respectful workers until today. I went and got my coffee and the lady (I didn’t catch your name) but she had pigtails, different color hair, facial piercings. Well she was so rude every time I said something, she rolled her eyes at me even when I said thank you. Sorry but by far horrible customer service. if you don’t like your job find a different job.

Got my first laugh for today when I came to Starbucks. I love the greeting! When I got my coffee, someone wrote on my cup “you are awesome” made my day. Almost cried. 🥹

Terrible service from the staff. If I could, I would give it zero stars. I tried to pay cash and they had no change. The staff treats customers in a contemptuous manner.
Very poor service inside the restaurant. I was treated as if I was being given free food and coffee. The person dressed in blue should not be working in customer service.

Worst experience ever. I stopped in for Hot chocolates for the family. My peppermint hot chocolate tasted like watered down coffee, the kids hot chocolate was trash, the white mocha tasted like hot water milk, and when I poured them out it was all sludge. We go to starbucks everywhere from Killeen to Austin and Never have had an experience this bad. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs. We went to anotger location because I did not want to end such a good day on a bad note. Something is wrong with this place. Last time we had gone here it was passable but not this time

I do not recommend this place to anyone. They have a brain dead crew with but zero customer service skills. The lady that was packing my order into a bag put the drink in upside down and it spilled all over my brand new car with faux seats. I called to complain about this and they told me that's tough. Things like that happen. Nothing we can do about it. Have a nice day. Enough said.
