Ordered a feta wrap today that was half cold and falling apart along with a tall caramel ribbon crunch asking for light whipped cream and seemed to have gotten light coffee. This is the only incident I have had with location so on any other time they are good.

Put in an order a the day before pickup for a coffee traveler and they were friendly on the phone. I put in the order for my boss so she could pick it up. She goes in the next day only to find out they do not have the order under her name hence defeating the whole purpose of the order in advance.

If the music wasn't so stinking loud the cashier wouldn't have to yell and the customer wouldn't have to lean in to hear what she's saying. Ever since the old manager has left this location has gone down hill bad.

I love Starbucks! Rarely have I ever had a bad experience in over 13 years.
Butchered my one order. Ordered a hot venti caramel macchiato upside down via drive thru and was given something tasting like cinnamon and pumpkin which was also overly sweet. That was not what I ordered. Imagine if someone had an anaphylactic reaction to ingesting cinnamon and that drink was handed to them? Smh. Ended up throwing it away. $6.12 down the trash it went. 10/30/23

This is by far one of the friendliest Starbucks I've ever frequented. I've been here several times in the last month since I moved to Texas and everyone is so friendly and kind. My drink is made the exact same way every time and I can't say enough how pleasant the workers are. The reason it's a 4/5 is the pick up area. This is the smallest pick up area of any Starbucks which makes it a bit confusing trying to find my order. I know counter space is limited but they should really find a way to make it easier.
