We get inundated with coupons through the mail, but cannot use them at this location. Drink machine was out of service. Customer service is very nonchalant, meaning they don't appear to care whether you're giving them business or not. I'll avoid going there in the future.
The food was good and my order was fixed correctly. All the employees were very friendly. The store seemed clean and the prep area was clean. My only complaint is all the local subways have quit taking the coupons that come in the mail.

If I could leave a zero I would. The girl by the name of Anna is incredibly disrespectful and right off the bat as my coworker called up there was extremely rude. In addition, I had put toasted on the order and NONE of the sandwiches were, which honestly wouldn’t even bother me if the employee there hadn’t been so disrespectful initially. Check your peoples customer service please and thank you.

Subwat at 29th St. location must not want business. We are unable to pay for multiple orders. Tried two different apps on two different phones. Two different accounts. Tried three different debit cards. App provides zero information other than their stupid pop-up, "Uh-oh! Payment failed!" Did this Subway block our debit card payment information due to using discount coupon codes? This Subway owner of this store must want a lawsuit. We're not paying your ridiculous high prices for a sandwich. I can go eat a nice steak or BBQ somewhere else for the same cost...not happening. Another Subway took our payment without any issues.

I’m not sure where start…. I went in at 12:45 lunch time on 10/14 and, Ben was being extremely rude to a elder lady then after she left the whole shift that was working the line continued to bad talk her while there’s a whole lobby of people dining!! And to me that’s very unprofessional
I tried to order online in the store, but for some reason, it didn't go through. The lady that was working wasn't helpful at all and seemed to have an attitude. The man working stepped in and was very helpful and polite. I decided to order through the app a couple of days later, and whoever made the sandwiches did an excellent job.

Have not been to this Subway location in some time. Partly because of how poorly we were treated in the past. This visit was a different story. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service we received from every employee there. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
