On 3/2/2025, I went there around 3ish (during business hours) and they had their door completely locked and had a sign written “mobile orders only.” I had a mobile order of just a cookie, but the door was locked? This seems like a huge fire hazard and I don’t understand how they can lock there doors during business hours. Like what? There were about 4 or 5 workers too, doing nothing, just staring at me. I went to Taco Bell instead since it was close by. How sad.

The Italian Herb & Cheese bread is terrible. They are NOT using the recipe all other Subways use. The female was determined to make you get something you didn't want. 3 times she said white and 3 times I HAD to insist on the Italian herb and cheese. I also knew my order but she again insisted on calling it by a different name and charging me $2.00 more than I should have been. ALL the vegetables except spinach had been frozen and defrosted and were gross in texture and in taste. Honestly I think the tomatoes were rancid...will see if I start vomiting soon. Less than half of the sodas worked. The teas were extremely WEEK and looked more like urine than tea, plus there were things or dust floating on top of them. And after having been to subways in 4 different countries and 46 out of 50 states....with out any doubt whatsoever this is the worst Subway Sandwich Shop in the entire world. I WILL NEVER step foot in this Subway again not even for a free meal. I'd give negative stars if I could. The place wasn't even busy at 11:57am there were only 3 people besides us and no one while we were eating. Sad. VERY sad only.

Follow your door dash instructions. Tired of asking for a heated footlong tuna sandwhich only to get a cold sub.
Edit: location is down the street. Bread shows no indication it was ever heated.

Grub hub delivery. They mixed our sandwiches together. Bacon on hers wrong cheese and bread. I got to enjoy the ghost pepper bread that she ordered. I hate hot stuff. Thanks subway 20 dollar sandwiches and not a ounce of care.

They have an older female that do not know what customer service is....very aggressive and rude.... unbelievable.... what is going on here ...is it hard to find good help....I didn't get her name unfortunately.....so sad the company pays so much money and gets people that really just don't care

The past 6 times we went in they completely messed up our order and it wasnt just every now and then it was back to back. I try to be considerate and understanding but every. Single. Time is extremely unacceptable. Considering the bread is the first thing u grab before the sandwhich is what makes it worse..

Subway is always very good. They only thing this time I ordered two foot longs the same way on Artisan bread. But when I picked them up?I didn't realize that 1 was not on bread.It must have been some kind of flatbread. I have never ordered anything on flat bread, but this was so good. I am actually glad that they made this mistake because we both love it. So we may just have a new favorite!
