Summer Moon Coffee

100% recommend!! I was visiting the area from the Midwest and needed a coffee shop to work at for a few hours. The seating space is lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly! I met one of the owners and she was extremely kind and accommodating, going out of her way to make sure my experience was nothing but the best. The coffee was great too!

Tried today. 4 shots w milk extra hot. They made it exactly how I wanted and it was great.

$10 for a cup of coffee. Other places have the same cup for $5. Not sure it makes sense to spend $10 for a cup of coffee and milk.

But other places are terrible and Summer Moon gave me a good cup of coffee.

5 stars because it was perfect I’m just not in their budget, and they were very nice.

Amazing coffee

First time here. The girl at the register was rude. I ordered several iced americanos. When I received them all the ice had melted except for a few floaties on top. I brought it to her attention that all the ice melted and my drink tasted watery to which she replied, “ that’s how we make them, we pour hot espresso over the ice and if it melts that’s just way happened”. To which I asked her if I could have several cups of ice then to pour these now watered down americanos on ice at least. She never once offered to make my drink. It was obvious that the skill and making coffee was not present amongst any of the employees. And I ordered a sausage kolache, which was freezing cold in the middle when it was given to me.

There are other coffee places in town that deliver much better service. I was really excited about trying some moon and sad that my experience was negative.

My wife and I have been visiting Summer Moon regularly, and every visit has become special thanks to our barista, Janessa. From day one, Janessa took the time to learn both of our names—something that meant more to us than she probably realizes. She didn’t just stop there. She asked about our preferences and personally recommended a signature drink that has become our drink. We order it every single day now.

What truly sets Janessa apart is her warmth and genuine care. She’s the kind of person who doesn’t just serve coffee—she creates connection. Every time we walk in, she makes us feel welcome, seen, and appreciated. It’s emotional to say this, but she has made Summer Moon feel like home.

Janessa is an absolute joy to be around, and because of her, Summer Moon isn’t just a coffee shop to us—it’s a part of our daily life that we look forward to. Employees like her are rare, and we are truly grateful.

Update: I tried the new Cinnamoon Latte (hot) made with Oat Milk and Moon Milk, and it’s heavenly. Perfect for the fall season. It comes as a half moon latte, but I requested a quarter since I prefer less sweetness. The coffee cup sleeve was decorated by local students to spread kindness. So sweet.

Summer Moon has the best tasting coffee in my experience. The combination of their oak roasted coffee and Moon Milk is magical whether it’s in a latte or an espresso milkshake. I usually get a Quarter or Whisper Summer/Winter Moon Latte.

Drinks have been great! There's a worker there named Justin that has been rocking the customer service and drinks! My husband and I go between both locations and we see him off and on depending on which one we go to. Good job Summer Moon for hiring him! He makes you feel so welcome and we're never disappointed if he's the one making our blue moon or matcha moon lattes!

First time coming into this location and I was just very fickle on what I wanted to drink, and I was rattling off all the things that I like to Stevi and she hit the nail in the head when I got the spicy dirty chai and then when she suggested to add the pumpkin, it was just perfect Now!! I have become hooked on this drink! I wanna come back at least once a week. Stevi was just so patient and so Sweet and warm and welcoming really made the experience that much more special Oh my goodness
