Love Suzy Q’s! We had Eve as our waitress today and just like everyone there, she was amazing!

Hidden Gem with a Burger to Remember

Tucked away in the heart of the Temple, this [Mom and Pop's] shop is the kind of place that feels like home the moment you step inside. This charming little spot, run by a warm and welcoming lady, is proof that the best food doesn’t always come from fancy kitchens—it comes from the heart.

Their star attraction? The burger. Let me tell you, this isn’t just any burger. It’s a towering masterpiece of flavor. The patty is fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, cooked to a beautiful sear on the grill. The bun, lightly toasted and buttery, holds everything together without stealing the show. And the toppings? They’re as fresh as can be, from the crisp lettuce and ripe tomatoes to the pickles!

Beyond the food, the service here is outstanding. The owner herself often make rounds to chat with customers, making you feel like part of the family. It’s the kind of personal touch that big chains just can’t replicate.

If you’re looking for a place that delivers both mouthwatering food and a side of nostalgia, this is it. Don’t just take my word for it—go treat yourself to the best burger you didn’t know you were missing.

Was greeted by Danielle as soon as I walked in. It made me feel wanted. I sat down and noticed how clean the restaurant was. There was 2 other people actually deep cleaning the restaurant. I never see this at any restaurants!!!!One was even cleaning the drink nozzles. Food was amazing. Rueben was excellent. Danielle was on point with service. I drink a lot of sweet tea and she had my cup refilled before I can even ask 4 times in a row. Keep up the good work Suzy q!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I went to eat breakfast before her Dr appointment. The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly (we were in a hury). I also had a latte, it was perfect. The atmosphere was clean and cozy. I wish we had more time to sit and enjoy this cute little coffee shop. We will definitely be back.🫶

A real laid back old style cafe. You know where you can sit for a while gabbing, drinking coffee and listening to good ole country music.

Parking: Located in a strip mall like area with more than enough parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Two sets of double doors and a low threshold.

We had a cinnamon roll to start out, it was missing something, it was too light in color didn't taste butter or noticed there was no country eggs in them. The chicken salad wasn't what I was expecting, I thought more on the lines of grapes and a little sweetness to it, it was kind of bland. But the chicken sandwich my sister had with homemade cut fries was off the charts awesome I will definitely be ordering that next time.

Was looking for a breakfast place while at an appt. Only a few tables but server was slow. Didn't come back to check on us for a while but when she came back to collect payment, smelled like cigarette.
The omelet was decent. Hashbrowns and croissant were good. The lox and cream cheese were terrible. Not sure if the quality of salmon was just low but it had a very fishy taste. Maybe it was close to expiration date because we noticed that the cooks were even looking our way. I mean, if you're not sure if it's still good, don't serve it.

This was the perfect spot to hit for breakfast this morning. It is a calm yet active environment with a lot of conversation starter decor. The server was attentive from the moment we were seated and was checking on refreshment refills often.

We ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs and a ham and sausage omlette. The biscuits were fluffy with hint of sweet, smothered in a textbook sausage gravy and crispy hashbrowns. I possibly could return just for the biscuits. The omlette was good...with a decent amount of ham and sausage. We later added a cinnamon roll order to go. Definitely eat it there or heat it up slightly but it's something I've been missing around here.

Suzy Q's has a few strong things to build on here...an amiable, personable staff and their their baked goods knowledge. I lnow that I will have to return to try more.
