Suzy Q’s Coffee Shop and Café

This is the second time I've come here and it's a great place to meet up with friends. Breakfast for lunch is my favorite and the biscuits and gravy did not disappoint. Come try this place and you will keep coming back.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. It’s overpriced and the service is far from acceptable.

The waitress was rude, and they canceled our order after we had already paid and requested it to go. When we returned for our order, they simply canceled it without providing any reason. We even left a $10 tip. We will never come back again. Additionally, the prices were extremely high.

Response to the owner:

We had a disappointing experience. You were not there but the waiter who assisted us was rude. When we arrived, we weren’t given menus. My husband had to get up and ask for one, and even then, the waitress made him to wait —despite a menu being right in front of her. We had to wait unnecessarily.

As for why we changed our order to-go, that’s a personal decision and not your concern. We asked if it was possible, and your staff said yes. Any miscommunication falls on your team, not on us. Serving a sandwich and a breakfast shouldn’t take over 30 minutes. I understand this isn’t fast food, but your staff told us it would be ready in 10 minutes. That’s why my husband returned 15 minutes later—because your waitress gave that time estimate.

Your response shows a clear lack of accountability and poor customer service.

My first time ordering this morning. We ordered biscuits gravy and an omelet. OMG absolutely delicious homemade food. Will definitely be our go to breakfast spot!

This is a cute breakfast/lunch spot with fresh and healthy food choices. There is a cute bench with games available to play which makes it family friendly. I chose the pyramid club and it was absolutely delicious!multiple layers of turkey meat and all the veggies were fresh. I did honey mustard and mayo instead of ranch. Everyone was friendly and it was a relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely go there again!

Great diner. We ate lunch and enjoyed chatting with the owner. Really liked the food and it was quick and the prices reasonable. If you go, ask for the story of the patron who wanted it to be a drive thru.

Was greeted by Danielle as soon as I walked in. It made me feel wanted. I sat down and noticed how clean the restaurant was. There was 2 other people actually deep cleaning the restaurant. I never see this at any restaurants!!!!One was even cleaning the drink nozzles. Food was amazing. Rueben was excellent. Danielle was on point with service. I drink a lot of sweet tea and she had my cup refilled before I can even ask 4 times in a row. Keep up the good work Suzy q!!!!!!!!!!
