I've had a few visits here and the interactions with customer service is really good. They're kind and if they're not busy they have a conversation while you wait, but the issue I have is that I've ordered from this Taco Bell around 4 times, for pickup through the app, and the orders are always wrong.

Our food was out quick and the order was right. However, the 3 employees working did not even acknowledge the counter. Didn't even turn to great anyone coming through the door. The entire time we were here we saw nothing but the 3 employee's backs. One of the employees was open-mouth chomping on gum while readying each order.

I had a terrible experience at this location. The woman at the window was extremely rude, and the manager was unprofessional and even gave me the wrong corporate number when I asked to file a complaint. The food was cold and tasted awful — I took one bite and threw it away, then went to Burger King instead.When I asked for a refund, they got upset and told me I’d have to wait until Monday, even though they hadn’t actually given me all my items. They also said multiple items were out of stock but didn’t notify me until after the order was placed. Overall, very poor service and food quality. I definitely would not recommend coming here.

The lady at the window was very rude and had a terrible attitude. Not only was the service terrible but the food was as well. I had ordered a VEGETARIAN chalupa and when I bit into it I found multiple pieces of chicken. ALSO, the rice in the bowls were VERY hard and crunchy. It wasn’t cooked. Was very gross from what I could tell through the drive thru window - very unsanitary looking. Would not go again especially if you are vegan or vegetarian as there is meat in my tacos!!

Seriously yall!! I thought we could be friends but after this, I dont think so! When you ask me if I eant sauce, and I say yes. That means gimme sauce!!!.... I ordered a quesadilla and a mexican pizza and you give me 1 fire and 1 mild sauce. Thats like give something dying of thirst a drop or two of water. What are yall doing gate keeping the sauce from us. If its a money thing just ask next time, I will pay for it if necessary, just dont chinch on me, then I find out at home and dont have a back stock of sauce to compensate! C'mon!
This place absolutely sucks. There is no way to put it. Spend $3 or spend $50 doesn't matter, they'll mess everything up. I absolutely hate how easy the mess up mixing 7 ingredients together. Trash every time. Absolutely WIL NOT be giving them another chance.

This is the first time we've tried this Taco Bell on this side of town and out of the 2 here in Temple this is the Cleanest and well-maintained Taco Bell we ever been to. 👍👍👍👍👍👍 The Cooks and Preps they are so in rhythm with each other you can tell they like working with one another. 👍👍👍👍👍👍💪 The girls kept up with all the condiments and restocked them and were very helpful and attentive with the Kiosk on our orders. 👍👍👍👍👍👍😊 they're very Respectful and polite when they bring out your order too. 👍👍👍👍👍😋 We will definitely be back to this Taco Bell and make this one our Home Taco Bell as well. 👍👍👍👍👍👍♥️ Thank you again. The food was great and prepared perfectly. 👍👍👍👍😋👍👍👍
