I literally just went for a steak grilled cheese burrito and a potato taco. They could not for the life of them get my damn order right. First time, they gave me their nasty ground beef instead of the steak I asked for in my STEAK burrito, second time I went up there I told them the issue and they remade the order without me even getting to tell them that I added potatoes and guac to my burrito, so they had to remake it again, after sitting in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes now, I go home and figure out that this time they forgot the sauce in my burrito. How is it THAT difficult to just make a 2 item order right come on now. These people couldn't run a store to save their lives. DO NOT GO!~

So we just got home from Taco Bell 31st Street or Dodgen Loop, we get 2 bean & cheese burritos, 2 soft tacos, 1 grilled cheese burrito and a chicken quesadilla. Qe get hime to find we get 4 sauces of the sauce we asked for. And the grilled burrito is squished. Come on man!! Do better Taco Bell. Regardless of how the employees day is going I had nothing to do with it, don't take it out on people's food.

My husband and I both just wanted to grab dinner on our way home. We pull up to the drive-thru and let them know we’re just looking over the menu. Every other minute, we were at the box for maybe 10 minutes but we were also the only car in the drive-thru, she yelled at the speaker “Are you done yet?!” My husband placed his order and she tried rushing us to the window until he said “my wife is deciding her order” she got audibly upset. I finally just guessed something off the menu at that point because we just wanted to get home but she cut me off in the middle of ordering and sent us to the window. We tried explaining what happened and finishing the order at the window. They said they’d correct it but when we got our food we realized they never included the rest of our order and they downsized my drink to a small. We will never go here again, absolutely awful service.

Dirty tables and floor. Food took 15 min after ordering. They weren't even busy. What really bothered me were the crew on the back line laughing and joking while I waited. There was no rush for anything at all! Then when we finally got our food it was WRONG!! No meat in the crunchwrap. Nachos were just pathetic, VERY little beef and almost no cheese and the sour cream didn't even make an appearance!!! We didn't bother to complain because nobody was up front or able to be bothered as we stood there. Save your TIME and money! HAD to give 1 star, 0 wasn't an option.

The white lady with glasses at night needs to do her training again for not listening to customers what and how they want for their food to be served. I asked for a veggie Mexican pizza. Just the way how it should be made. But they put tons of beans like they won’t to finish before closing. It wasn’t cut and they separated the red sauce and cheese from each other. I never asked for rice or spicy ranch in the pizza like who even eat rice in pizza. And then my cheesy rice and bean burrito. It wasn’t wrapped properly and all the sauces were leaking. Plus it was squished. I asked them for fire extra but there was none in the bag. All the employees needs to re-do their training

Filthy place. Rat turds by the entrance door. Indoor restrooms filthy. Skid marks in commode, piss all over the floor. Backed out of establishment and went elsewhere. Pitiful
