I went to the drive thru the one taking order seemed to have attitude then the cinnamon twist tasted nasty like they was cooked in dirty oil or something an the the quesadilla was cold cheese not even melted

It's really annoying that they seem to routinely always forget the sauce or whole items, even if you specifically ask "hey is there this sauce or this item" they always say "Yeah it's in there" and then you pull away and it's not...

Went in and tried to order at the counter and the teenage girl working the front register, kept messing around and laughing and joking while we were in mid order. She acted like we were not even there !!! Worst service ever.

Order# 0602c3. 10/3/24. The problem with fast food companies like taco bell is the workforce they employ. They are immature high school kids, employees/managers. The age difference between an employee and the manager is not much different. No one is held accountable for the lack of customer service they provide. They dont care. For every one person who decides not to come back they have 10 more waiting in the drive-thru. So theres no incentive to change the bad service they provide. No matter the location. They dont have to do better. They wont do better.

Sat in lobby for 20 min (monday 5pm-5:30pm 9/30)no other customers in building the manager a young Hispanic gentlemen was horse playing with the staff there were 3 young ladies and 2 young men including I assume is the manager because he refunded our money when we chose to leave they were throwing veggies at each other laughing loudly they had 1 car in drive thru. I've been young I get it but work is work I also work in the service industry this was just a shame of poor service acknowledgement and all in all a horrible experience. Do better!!!

Entire order wrong. Say no lettuce or no tomato and you get lettuce and tomato.
It has been a long time since I ate here. I doubt I will be back. I found the staff visiting instead of keeping dining room clean. The food was so bad that I don’t eat more than a few bites. The luxury craving box was yuk. Just do yourself a favor & go to the Whataburger next door. Chips in nachos were cold & seemed a bit stale.

Sarah Ruth is a star here, I did come almost before they closed but she still had a great attitude and gabe me lots of Taco Bell sauce. Literally one of my best experiences at this Taco Bell.

I went through drive through and asked if I could make 2 separate orders.The girl informed me.She could not do that.That I would have to drive around after getting the first order and order again So we were frustrated and went inside instead .. There were at least six people in the back working and only one couple in the front waiting for their order.. After waiting quite a bit we got our order and went home only to find out that it was disgusting , We got the new burritos And they were paper thin barely anything in them and tasted old ! The tacos tasted like cardboard The cheese was not even melted.. I spent upwards of $40.I will never go back to this taco bell again horrible service, horrible food..
The young lady at the window was friendly, unfortunately I come for the food and does this Temple location near the Mall & HEB ever make anything right? I ordered literally 1 chicken Cantina taco. Didn't get the Verde sauce and they didn't even remember that the cheese is supposed to be melted? Ive never had large orders correct here, but they still managed to screw up a 1 taco order in 2 ways. This location always finds new ways to surprise me. For the record if you want to get the A team to make your food correctly in Temple, order from the bell near the HS, 1508 w Adams. Those workers are competent.
