What ever you do if you value people that deliver your food, do not order from here at least 3hrs to close. My experience has been very bad all 3 times I tried. 2 times my dasher or uber eats person was turned away. The one time I got my food the food was very very skimpy as in such small burritos that the tortilla wrapped around twice. Very gross. Sorry for any daytime people this could affect. Because ordering during the day is actually decent and average if you order at the store. Don't let them waist the time of your food delivery person. It's just a human choice.

Dine in: Forgot 6 items of our 15 item order, service was horrible and out of almost all drinks. No sauces available, and it took 30 minutes before we even got 1 item on the order! Never had this horrible of an experience 😭
Me and my boyfriend are both workers in the service industry. We know and are fully aware of how rude and ignorant customers can be sometimes. With that said, I’d like to believe we are both easy going and kind people. From the beginning of having our order taken, Tanya, the person who took our order, sounded completely fed up and inpatient. Me and my boyfriend both didn't think much of it, because it’s Taco Bell and we can’t imagine the kinds of people they have to deal with. When Tanya was handing us our food, it was quick and abrupt. No words spoken, just throwing food out at us. I noticed there was no sauce, so we patiently waited and waved her down. My boyfriend kindly asked for some sauce and she rudely grabbed a bunch of sauces and slammed them in his hand, causing 2 of them to fall to the ground, then quickly closed the drive- thru window. I don’t know if she was maybe having a bad day, but no one deserves to feel like a burden when nicely asking for you to do your job.
