Went through the drive thru and asked for a Baja blast zero. After tasting it and knowing pretty well what the zero sugar version tastes like, I asked again if it was the zero and she reassured me it was the zero. I went inside just to try their zero and sure enough it tastes completely different. My problem isn’t that I was served the zero kind. It was that I was continually lied to, with the fact that I am diabetic I was very disappointed in the quality of service here.

There is just something not right about this Taco Bell-The food always seems to be slopped in the containers, there is hardly any meat in the tacos, or an item that was ordered is missing. The staff at the drive thru window are always rushed and not friendly even though there are not many customers. My family typically loves Taco Bell, but this restaurant needs to raise the bar.
Foods great service is great but I never get the green avocado salsa that I pay for I thought many if I ordered 4 it would make it into the bag but nope

Service here is terrible. Twice now that services were pretty bad. When I put in the kiosk for dine in, I received foods in a bag. When I corrected them, they read the receipt then put my food on a tray. Should have read the first time. Didn't seem to like it to be corrected. And yes both times forgot to give cup for drink. There literally no one was at the dining area. Why not take time to read and give proper foods and service.
Third time, same thing. Dining in, no tray. Has to ask for a cup. Even McDonald's has improved their service. My son like to go to Taco Bell. Otherwise I would not step in this place.

How do you get an order wrong when it is put on the box? First they were only trying to give me partial of my order. I got the $5 luxe meal and $7 luxe meal both wrong. The person at the window was rude. The $5 luxe box came with chips and nacho cheese instead of the cinnamon twist. In the $7 luxe box they only gave me the 5 layer beef burrito and taco with beyond stale cinnamon twist which is was supposed to come with the 5 layer burrito the chicken chalupa supereme and beef taco with chips and cheese. Both have what’s supposed to be in the box on the top how the heck do you get it wrong? And how nasty I’m still paying for this food and you think giving out stale cinnamon twists are you serious on top of getting the complete orders wrong? So annoying

Worst Taco Bell ever, on April 25 5pm , i went to order $35 worth of food , horrible service the red hair light skin worker or manager ugly attitude, floor a mess food all in the floor. I got my order and it was missing items, my mother and father upset. I will take my business to the Taco Bell in Belton TX.
