It's a cool spot if you can ever catch it when it's open because the hours are never right online and I never know when they are open

Stumbled across you da Noodle man at fox dog. I'm shocked with how many shrimp they serve in their ramen. Usually, you get like 5, there was at least a dozen. The broth was delicious, as well the garlic egg. Try them today!

Ya’ll. If we lived in Temple, we would be in trouble! The food from You Da Man Noodle Man food truck at The Yard, is delicious! Everything we have tried has been seasoned to perfection, the ingredients fresh, the broth savory, the meat tender and delicious. The portions are also beyond generous. Do yourselves a favor and stop by and enjoy some fusion ramen!

Kid-friendliness: Theres an immediate small toddler park and then a larger one a few feet away. There is ample room for a picnic as well and for kids to run around.

Parking: Plenty of free street parking.

The Taco truck was delicious! I wish some of the other food trucks were open. I visited on a Saturday and none of the trucks were open. Otherwise highly suggest the Taco and Cajun food truck!

Chill place for family and friends...Definetly Recommend 808 Island Grindz? Everything on da menu is Ono (delicious). Go check dis place out.

I love coming here with my kids. There are great food options. It's clean and so cool to see the trains right behind us. It's a little gem in Temple.

Went tonight on Saturday and only two of the 5/6 trucks were open. The grilled cheese truck was awesome though. Nice people and good food. Has a playground nearby with multiple parts for varying ages. Port o potties had locks so no bathhrooms.

This is a great place to visit but it needs more food trucks. More like Killeen Food Truck Park or even the one in Belton.
