Grabbed a bunch of wings &fires for the family on a Wednesday&evruthing was delicious! They were busy, but looked well organized&got our order out quickly! We'll be back!

Poor customer service. Act as if i am bothering them when i came in for a pickup. The worst attitudes on everyone, lots of goofing off in kitchen. Place seems real dirty. Spend your money elsewhere

I really liked the lemon pepper "wet" chicken wings. The fries were not as seasoned as I'm used to at other locations, but overall, the food was hot and fresh, even the celery and carrots were cold and fresh. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only issue I have is that I ordered through the app 20 minutes before I arrived and when I did arrive, I still had to wait about another 10 minutes for the food to be ready, but the staff and the food being made "cooked to order" overrides the wait time.

I have been going to this location for a while now and have never had this type of experience at any other wing stop location. I always get the same order every time I go there and always get extra wet on the wings. As I like a lot of sauce. They always mess up on my order the wings are never extra wet they are always very dry like they barley put any sauce on them!! Then they charge me for extra side of sauce every time which you would think they would not charge me for there mess ups, and I always have to go back in to tell them about my issues you Very disappointed in this location.

I Had feathers on my wings , I lost my appetite and was completely grossed out. I called wingstop to ask for a refund we’re I spoke to the “manager” put on hold for 3 people to keep saying the same thing. I was told to come bring my wings and they can refund the ones that weren’t ate. Mind you this was during quarantine and I already didn’t feel well, wasn’t going to risk for some wings. Anyways I was arguing with the “unprofessional manager” how absurd all this was and just wanted my money back at least for my wings not the the whole order.

I work at temple scott and white and we order at this place pretty frequently and tonight we ordered for a floor party and the entire order was messed up. Two sets of the wings were so dry and had barely enough sauce. I called and spoke with the manager Renee and she was apologetic and was going to remake the order that wasnt delivered and the dry wings and deliver it to us personally. Recieved the order and it was still wrong. Called Renee back and explained to her the problem. Asked to speak to her boss. She was unable to give me the name and told me she will be in in the morning. Being that I work at night, I wanted to know what time she would be in so I would make sure and be up. She was unable to tell me when she would be in. I will never order from them again and we order from them alot. Very unprofessional.

The wings were good and they were delivered quickly. The lemon pepper wings seemed to be a bit dry, and the driver did not even knock on the door to let us know the food had been delivered.

Wish I could give a zero!!! Fries were uncooked, food bland. Tried telling the girl twice but she must have been hard of hearing. Waste of money. Garbage service run the other way!!!
The worst service for the second time coming here. We waited about 30 mins for 6 wings, fries, and corn when the lady at counter said it would take 15 mins. They even forgot to give me a side of fries with our combo. The people that came afterwards after us got their food before we did. I was clearly upset, manager Jacob doesn't even do anything! This place sucks and will never come back again! The food isn't that good either!!!

First timer at this location. I was traveling from Dallas to Round Rock. When I was coming into Temple, I called in my order. When I showed up I waited just a few minutes and my to go order was ready. The girl who took my order and checked me out was very friendly. The wings were cooked to perfection, delicious, and loaded with Cajun seasoning. Worthy of a bookmark and a try if you're passing through or if you live or work near-by.

This restaurant has poor customer service and a manager that couldn't manage his way out of bed yet alone a restaurant. After spending over $50 for a Wings Package online on Super Bowl Sunday, they were trying to cheat me out of 3 Cups of Ranch that was promised with the 50 Piece Wings Package. But because the online system rang it up separately, they said we are only allowed to give you one cup of ranch. So after I failed them on their survey, the manager called me all asshurt saying he wanted to hear it directly from my mouth. And I told him. He blamed me and my phone for not ordering it right. Even though I spent about the same amount of money, that it was my fault and not the systems fault. Not sure where they got this manager unless they recruited him out of a Nolanville Trailer Park, but for better customer service I'd tell you to go to Pizza, Wings, and Things. At least there, they are more accommodating with the Ranch.
